The hotel is very average, with a standard room. I stayed on the ground floor. There was no one to assist with the luggage, and the reception service was quite basic, although the staff were respectful and polite.
The main issue with the room was that there was a connecting door to another room, and we could hear noises coming from the other side, which was quite disturbing.
Considering the price, I feel the hotel is overpriced and does not offer good value for money. The main advantage is its strategic location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
The staff’s attitude was extremely unprofessional from the moment we checked in. We were shocked by how rude and unfriendly the reception staff were. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they treated us with disrespect.
The worst part happened during check-out. We were accused of stealing a spoon, even though we never touched or moved anything in the room. We only used the room to sleep. Despite explaining this, the staff refused to believe us and forced us to pay for the missing item.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel because of the poor customer service and the way guests are treated. The management should seriously improve the professionalism and attitude of their staff.

Fantastic experience! The Pool Pent room is huge, clean, and gives you direct access to the pool right from your door. Going during the low season was a huge plus because it felt like a private pool. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the luxurious signature scent along the hotel walkway. It feels so high-end but at a very reasonable price.
The location is also unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to Jungceylon and less than 10 minutes to the beach. Banzaan Market is also close by. It saved us a lot of money on car rentals and Grab rides. Great value for money!
Very very good hotel from the room size, to the level of comfort inside the room. Location is quiet actually good, close to bangla road and dont worry about the noises at night. You'll get a peaceful deep sleep.
P.S take a room with a balcony , you can enjoy your cigarettes there 😁
