⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Patong Beach Hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations, from the exceptional level of service to the outstanding cleanliness throughout the property. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, always making sure guests felt comfortable and welcome. The rooms are modern, stylish, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering excellent comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The swimming pool is absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of the hotel! It provides the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday. Overall, a fantastic experience in every aspect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket, and I would definitely love to stay here again. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. Truly a well-deserved five-star experience!

Great location, right next to Patong Beach and Bangla Road, and only about a 5-minute walk to Jungceylon Shopping Mall. There are also McDonald’s and 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel is modern, luxurious, and has a lovely atmosphere, making it a great place for families to stay. The staff are very polite and helpful, and the cleaning service is excellent. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here and were impressed by how much value this hotel offers. For the price, I don't think you'll find anything this nice in Patong Beach. The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and a premium feel throughout. The entire property is immaculately maintained and looks even better in person. From the moment we checked in, the manager made everything effortless and was welcoming and helpful. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side, and many of the tours were cancelled. That would have been disappointing, but we didn't mind nearly as much because the hotel itself was such a great place to spend time. The two huge infinity pools were perfect for relaxing, and we ended up enjoying our downtime far more than we expected. The location is another huge plus. It's just a short walk from Bangla Road, so you're close to all the action while still having a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to. The breakfast buffet was also very good, especially considering the room rate, with plenty of variety to start the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Exceptional value for money, beautiful facilities, great service, and a fantastic location. We'd happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Patong Beach.

I recommend the hotel. It is a new hotel. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a nice, large swimming pool where you can sunbathe until 5:00 PM. Building 1 overlooks Bangla, and at night you can still hear partying from the street until 4:00 AM. Most buildings overlooking the pool are more quiet. The staff is very friendly. There are still points off improvement, though; for instance, there is no locked wardrobe with shelves for your clothes. You can only store them on a low or a very high open shelf. The shower can be slippery. When you activate the power with your key card, everything turns on every time, including the TV on the hotel channel, which you therefore have to turn off constantly. The TV is smart, but the functions don't work, and no one could help us install the Netflix app. In the rainy season, it is quite handy to have a well-functioning Smart TV. The long corridor after the reception is quite beautiful; it is just a pity that the path is not covered when it rains. The front has a large square that is not used, it doesn't slope and if it rains hard the puddles remain here. It's also a pity that they don't create a small bar with snacks, or a covered terrace, or something similar here to attract guests. Further down the street, there is a hotel that has built a large terrace where you can eat and have a drink, with live music in the evenings, and it is often busy there.
