Yes, it’s beautiful but the hotel has absolutely no substance. Full of wannabe influencers with tripods, ring lights and impromptu photoshoots. You’re welcome drink is a warm self served “ice tea” out of a dispenser into one of those tiny paper cups you get at the dentist. You wait 15min for a valet to take your bags to your room, we actually just gave up and did it ourselves. The hotel restaurant was absolutely dead on a Saturday night with no atmosphere, not even elevator music. The only sound is the shouting from the kitchen. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. But with crap water pressure and no where to hang our wet towels. We were incredibly disappointed. Had it been a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel, we would have just looked past it, but between the influencers, horrible food and terrible service, we will not be back.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the location of the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. We arrived at the breakfast buffet about 15 minutes before closing. Instead of allowing us to finish our breakfast comfortably, the staff repeatedly asked us to leave. We requested permission to take a plate of food from the buffet to our room since they were insisting that the buffet close, and they agreed. However, rather than having a steward deliver the food to our room, the steward handed me a tray and asked me to carry it myself. This was disappointing and felt unprofessional, especially for a hotel that claims to provide 5-star service. While the accommodation and location were excellent, the poor customer service during breakfast left a negative impression on what could have been a great stay. I hope the management addresses these service standards to ensure future guests receive the level of hospitality expected from a luxury hotel.

We stayed here for a couple of nights in April and had a wonderful experience. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with a unique design and gorgeous pools that create such a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. The location was also great, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area while still feeling like a peaceful getaway. If you’re looking for a beautiful resort to relax and unwind in Phuket, I would definitely recommend Panwaburi Beachfront Resort. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ I stayed at this hotel for two days in Phuket and had a great experience. The rooms were very clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. What I loved most was the landscape and design of the hotel—it feels like a perfect photo spot, with beautiful natural surroundings and stunning views everywhere. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the quality of the hotel and its facilities. The only small downside is that the location is a bit far from the main local areas, so transportation can take some time. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
