The Pamookkoo resort is amazing. My family and I love it. The staff are so kind & beautiful. Thank you to Aud in the breakfast buffet for being so attentive. The pool and water slides are a lot of fun. I really hope we can return some day
We had an amazing stay at Pamookkoo! Everything from the location to the facilities and overall atmosphere was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location in Kata Beach, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. A special shoutout to Mr. AUD, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. His hospitality really made the experience even more enjoyable. He was always pleasant to interact with and made us feel well taken care of. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Pamookkoo to anyone staying in Kata Beach. We’d happily come back again! ❤️
The first entry into the hotel needs work. Reception is very poor, perhaps down to language, but seemed off for a resort this size. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Lunvh and dinner menus are restrictive for longer stays given there is just a single restaurant. Having said that, the staff are particularly welcoming and helpful. Kai was very happy to help us and made our dinning experience memorable despite the limited menu for full-board clients. Breakfast buffet area is well equipped and serviced. However, they need to improve on cleanliness. Juice glasses and tea cups were particularly dirty, having accumulated stains from several cycles of use. That was a huge turn-off and you could see every patron scrutinising utensils and having to flip a few before settling on one that's fairly clean. In turn, the dirty utensils accumulated several visible fingerprints making them even more unattractive. The pool is very attractive for little ones. Fully equipped with slides and play area. This is something you never see in most hotels. Clean-up aftet a swim was swift. Housekeeping staff deserve a trophy
We are currently enjoying a wonderful 10-day stay at Pamookkoo Resort in Kata, Phuket, with two days still remaining. The resort has a welcoming atmosphere, excellent facilities, friendly staff, and a very convenient location. The swimming pool area is fantastic, especially for families. The water slides have been one of the highlights of our holiday—I can hardly get my son to leave the pool! He has enjoyed every moment, which has made the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable for us. The morning breakfast buffet is also excellent, with a vast choice of food to suit different tastes. There is always plenty to choose from, and it is a great way to start each day. A special mention must go to the restaurant manager, AUD, whose nickname is “Australian Dollar.” He is extremely professional, attentive, friendly, and welcoming. He always takes the time to make sure that guests are happy and well looked after. His warm personality and excellent service have made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. Thank you, AUD, for your outstanding hospitality. You are a great asset to Pamookkoo Resort and have helped make our holiday very special.
The water park and the rooms are spacious and quite pleasant to stay in. However, there was sand on the floor in the room, which made it feel less clean than expected. The water park itself is enjoyable and well-designed, but there seemed to be an insufficient number of staff supervising for safety. Some children were playing roughly, which led to an incident where they collided while going down the slide. If the number of staff could be increased to ensure better supervision, it would greatly improve the overall experience and make the water park much more enjoyable.
