We had an amazing 3 nights stay at Palmyra. Staff were friendly. Room is spacious, highly recommend to book the pool access room. Though the hotel is abit old still the amenities were up to standard. Breakfast - needs to be improve, its a so so for us. But overall, this place is worth to stay. Kudos to all staff.

I keep coming back to Palmyra after trying other hotels nearby. The rooms are comfortable, the airconditioning maintains the temperature that I want and the staff are so friendly and helpful. WiFi is great and the location is perfect for me and quiet. Can't understand some of the comments about the breakfast being the same each day. My average stay here is 12 days and the breakfast is varied each day. There is even a salad bar for those that eat salad for breakfast and the freshly cooked omelette with chilli is amazing. In busy periods the breakfast area can be crowded so it pays to pick a quiet time. The meal service in the restaurant or room service is good value although a little more expensive than some nearby local restaurants. My only negative was the poor lighting in the bathroom which I have also experienced in hotels at double the price, but at least the shower was walk in without the hazard of stepping into a bath. I will continue to stay at this hotel.
We had a pleasant stay at Palmyra Hotel Patong. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with enough amenities. Breakfast had a good variety of choices. The hotel is in a quiet area, about a 1 km walk to the beach, and there's a 7-Eleven just 300 metres away, which was very convenient. The receptionists were very friendly, and we appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. The only downside was that at around 7:00 AM on our second day, a housekeeper knocked on our door while my mom and I were still sleeping, which startled us. Thankfully, they didn't open the door. I hope the management can improve housekeeping procedures by checking the room status before knocking. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, and we would be happy to return.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had a very pleasant experience. The swimming pool was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. The room service was also very good, with staff responding quickly to our requests and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making our visit enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would recommend this hotel to others.
⭐ 3-2-1 Review 😬 3 Things I Liked: *Quiet location away from the nightlife and traffic noise *Good value for money, including breakfast in the room rate *Comfortable rooms that provided a pleasant stay 🤐 2 Observations: *The hotel is about 1 km from the nightlife area, making it easy to access while remaining peaceful *Breakfast was fairly standard compared to other hotels we experienced in Thailand 🙃 1 Thing to Know: *The gym and pool are functional but not standout facilities, so don't choose the hotel based on those amenities alone + The staff could get some training on being more friendly (this was 1/5). Not a single staff, but 85% of the staff had the same attitude and culture. 😃 Personal Experience: This hotel worked well for us because location was the priority. We wanted to be close enough to enjoy the area without sacrificing sleep, and it delivered exactly that. Being away from the busy streets meant we couldn't hear the cars or loud tuk-tuks, which made for a restful night. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was decent, and the price was very reasonable for a one-night stay. While the gym was only a 2/5 and the pool was quite small, the quiet atmosphere and value for money made this a good choice overall. ❣️ Show some love If you found this review helpful, please like it and follow me on Google Maps.
