Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra

This was our second visit to Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra, and once again, we had a wonderful stay! A special thanks to Por at the front desk, who always greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when our flight plans unexpectedly changed. We’d also like to thank Chef Josh and the entire kitchen team for the delicious food, and GM Brian for his personal attention to the restaurant service and guest experience. The team at Estrela Rooftop were also fantastic and made our time there even more enjoyable! Thanks Jojoe and Ronggy!! To all the other wonderful staff whose names I can’t remember, thank you for making us feel so welcome and at home. It’s the people here who make this hotel so special. This was only our second visit, yet it already feels like a home away from home. We’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket and will definitely be back! We booked Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra through Trip.com. The process was easy, but the staff made check-in even easier. I just handed over my passport, and they found our booking instantly—no need to dig up booking numbers! While checking in with a staff member named Den, we were welcomed with a delicious blue pea flower drink. We were thrilled to find out they noticed my boyfriend’s upcoming birthday; they upgraded us to a Luxury room and decorated the bed with a sweet birthday note!Den was incredibly friendly and explained the hotel facilities before sharing amazing local recommendations for beaches, night markets, and places to eat. I had planned to ask, but he completely "read our mind!" He also let us know about the complimentary Wi-Fi, which worked great, and reminded us that breakfast was included.We had sent our bags ahead via an airport luggage delivery service, and the staff's attention to detail was remarkable—they immediately let us know our bags had arrived safely and sent them straight up to our room. Located right in the city area, the hotel is convenient and accessible to everywhere. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Phuket!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the 17th-floor lounge! A huge shoutout to the amazing bartender, Kerth. He made a beautiful cocktail called 'Love Story' for us, which was just perfect for our honeymoon. I even took a video of him crafting the drink because his skills were so impressive. The cocktail didn't just look great—it tasted absolutely delicious! Thank you, Kerth, for your fantastic service and for making our evening so special. Highly recommend visiting here!

Totally in love with Estrela Rooftop Bar. I always take all my friends here, and it never disappoints. Without a doubt, this is my favorite rooftop bar in Phuket Town and the best place to enjoy a sunset view. The atmosphere is beautiful, the cocktails are excellent, and the views over the town are absolutely stunning. A special thank you to New and Nuy for the warm hospitality and attentive service, and to Chef Ronnaporn for the delicious food and great dining experience. The whole team always makes guests feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommended for sunset drinks, dinner, or a special evening with friends. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
