Noku Phuket

We booked the Treea Villa King with a Private Pool, and the room was absolutely incredible. It was spacious, beautiful, and offered complete privacy. The private pool made our stay even more enjoyable. The room service was beyond amazing every request was handled quickly, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. There are two things I think future guests should know: First, the breakfast could be improved. While the quality was good, there wasn’t much variety, and the selection was quite limited. Second, if you’re uncomfortable with frogs or geckos, I recommend keeping the air conditioner on even when you’re out and avoiding leaving the doors open. We found a gecko on our bed. The staff responded immediately and did their best to find it, but unfortunately they couldn’t. Since the resort is surrounded by nature, it’s something to keep in mind. Also, there are no nearby supermarkets within walking distance, so it’s a good idea to buy anything you might need before arriving or arrange transportation.

Simply WOW! 10/10 Noku Phuket is Phenomenal - we will return here every time we come to Phuket! We stayed in a Hill Side villa with private pool. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, our pool was huge and private. They offer free daily refills of the drink fridge, rooms are kept very clean. Staff service has been nothing but exemplary. One thing to note is this hotel is located in a hilly area but the hotel offers a complimentary pick up and drop off service anywhere within their hotel grounds, very easy to organise through reception and FAST service. We treated ourselves at their on-site Spa and had a 2 hour luxury massage/facial - Very professional service and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is an onsite restaurant with an amazing buffet breakfast - lunch and dinner available but menu is limited. On the upside, the location of this hotel is very central to alternative food options, activities, temples, Big Buddha, shopping and markets. Give this hotel a try, you won’t regret it.

We actually live in Phuket and sometimes like to stay at local hotels over the weekend for a change of atmosphere. If you are a tourist, you might not prefer this location, but for us it was perfect. This hotel is close to our village. We stayed in room C103, which was spacious. We especially loved the decorative wall behind the mirror. At night, the sound of frogs was quite loud, but it was not a problem for us. Breakfast offered a good variety considering the hotel did not seem very crowded. However, the pork sausages had a strange texture and tasted odd. The cappuccino was also quite sweet even without adding sugar, which may have been due to the type of milk used. We also had dinner at the hotel. The food tasted good, and the waiter provided excellent service. Overall, we were very impressed with this place. The garden area is very well maintained. It‘s very peaceful.

The moment we arrived, my friend and I felt so welcomed and taken care of. The entire staff treated us so wonderfully and the hotel offers so many great amenities, my favorite being the 24/7 carts they have to drive you around their hotel grounds. Every request was accommodated and done very efficiently. The room was beautiful and clean. And so was our pool. On the last day we tried their restaurant and we were absolutely blown away. Once again, the service was top tier, and the food was delicious. We were really happy with every aspect of our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. If I ever come back to Phuket this would be the only pace I would stay.
