This place is amazing!!! The pool is unreal - super relaxing. All of the staff are excellent - communication is clear and are so friendly. Our room is very clean, well ventilated. We would absolutely love to stay here on our next trip to Phuket!
First time in Phuket I made this reservation upon description from booking. And it’s worth it. 12 days my family enjoyed staying in a family friendly resort, such a respectful smiling all the time staff. Rooms are big, beds are comfortabl, rooms ground or first floor will have pool view. Breakfast buffet was good too.10 minutes walking to the mall passing by local shops, cafes and lots of beauty/ massage saloon. 5 minutes by taxi to Patong beach or rent a motorcycle from the same hotel.100% pleasant happy stay in Nipa resort.
My stay at Nipa Resort was absolutely fantastic! I had originally booked for 2 nights, but I loved the experience so much that I extended my stay by another 3 nights.
> The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is perfect—close enough to Patong Beach and the main attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax after a long day. The pool area is beautiful, and the entire resort has a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
> What truly made my stay memorable was the hospitality. As a Jain vegetarian, finding suitable food while traveling can be challenging. The chef went out of the way to prepare fresh Jain meals for me every day, taking great care with my dietary requirements. Their kindness, effort, and willingness to customize my meals meant a lot and made me feel genuinely cared for.

> A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my Phuket trip so special. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Nipa Resort to anyone looking for excellent service, warm hospitality, and a relaxing stay in Patong. ❤️
Nipa is really clean and the staff are so friendly. Staff were always smiling and attentive. Staff can help book taxis anr d excursions. The food was really nice there's a complimentary breakfast with enough for everyone. It would have been nicer overall for more vegetarian options but there was still enough for me. Occasionally air conditioning was a little faulty but overall wasn't an issue. Definitely recommend!!
Beautiful pool space, lovely rooms. Staff were incredibly friendly. Despite the hotel being close to a main road it was very quiet on a night for sleeping, even using the pool during the day it was very peaceful. Really recommend the hotel!
