Please do not stay here. Please save your money. Very disappointing stay. The food served looked expired and was not fresh. There was not enough drinking water provided for guests. The toilets were very dirty and not properly cleaned. Also, the older receptionist during the daytime was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, a very bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a family room which was spacious and airy. Clean room but very average for a 4-star, had to ask for toiletries which we expected to be available by default, still moisturizer was not provided. Staff is not friendly. Room service was just average and no option for lunch and dinner since the restaurant closed post breakfast. Exactly same breakfast for 6 days, not even a single dish change and very less options. They took 2000 TBH as security during check-in and did not mention their criteria, and like a fraud they deducted 100 TBH saying there is one hand-towel less (which was not even provided to us). Location is good, market right outside, nice mall at walking distance and an Indian restaurant right next to hotel.

The only good thing was the location. But the staff are very terrible and rude. The bedsheet was dirty when we checked in and they never sent anyone to clean the room during our 3 days of stay. They also took an insurance from us and return it to during the check out, however, they may deduct from it if they see anything in the room that they didn’t like. I don’t recommend this place at all, their rate should be 5 or 6 maximum. They need to change the staff especially the 2 ladies in the reception and to take care of the room cleanliness and stop taking illegitimate insurance from the guests. Until then they are not recommended at all.

Do not believe their hotel listings. I booked this hotel on Agoda, and it was advertised as a 5-star hotel. It is more like a 2-star hotel at best. The hotel was dingy, dirty and worn. All the walls were dirty and had marks and cracks. The “ocean views” advertised were non-existent. The pool overlooks an alley and parking garage. The bathrooms are tiny. Overall the hotel is poorly maintained. It’s not just the room that was dilapidated, it’s the entire hotel. We checked out within a couple of hours of checking in, because it was just that bad. When we asked for a refund, hotel management refused. No comps. Not partial refund. Just outright refused. I rarely post reviews on Google. But this is blatantly false advertising on their part as their listing makes it seem so new and pristine. Avoid this hotel.
