Absolutely loved our stay here! The resort was beautiful, comfortable and the service was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and attentive but Jibin deserves a special mention for being so kind, polite and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. His excellent service made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. We had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Thailand. Definitely worth visiting!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort in phuket! Everything was excellent from the beautiful property to the warm hospitality. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. A special mention to Jibin, who was extremely kind, helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. His hospitality truly stood out. We highly recommend this resort to everyone visiting Thailand. Just coming to the end of a 3 week stay at Naina Resort & Spa and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Thailand. From the day we arrived at the hotel, all members of staff have been incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. Most notably, they take time to get to know you and are interested in chatting with you & giving recommendations for things to do in the local area. The rooms are tidy, spacious and cleaned to a high standard daily by the housekeeping team. The pool area is a nice space to relax if you don't have any activities planned for the day. It is quiet enough that it doesn't feel busy but there are always other hotel guests swimming or sunbathing which creates a lovely atmosphere. There is also a very small gym area with 2 treatmills, 2 stationary bikes and a range of dumbbells if you are looking to stay active during your stay. Location is great. The hotel is surrounded by several restaurants with various cuisines on offer, so whether you are looking for authentic Thai food, Italian food or even a KFC, there is something for everyone. There are also a few 7-Eleven convenience stores nearby to pick up snacks, drinks or any other essentials. The hotel is also only a 20/30 minute walk from the beach, main road of Patong, and a massive shopping centre called Jungceylon so there is lots to explore. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to book a stay in Phuket. All aspects of the hotel are great, but the staff really are the heart of what makes your stay amazing.
