I was lucky enough to choose this hotel. The service attitude is very good and everyone is very polite. I clean the room twice a day, and delicious snacks will be delivered in the afternoon, which is almost unprecedented in the hotel I have stayed in. The most important thing is that the view of the room is very beautiful, and the viewing angle of the balcony is excellent. It is not too hot in the evening, and the sea breeze blows, which is very comfortable. I am a little writer. I like to write some essays or short stories on social platforms. Living here, such beautiful scenery inspires me, so I wrote and published an article with a good response, which makes me very happy. But I have some suggestions for your reference: 1. There will be small stains on the quilt after cleaning the room. I hope you can pay attention to it. 2. The taste of the food in the breakfast restaurant is a little uneven. Yesterday's delicious boiled egg bread is a little sour today. I'm not a person who cares much about details, so I don't think it's a big problem. I still choose to give it full marks. In my current ten years of life, Thailand is the destination of my first trip abroad, which has also left a good impression on me. We first came to Mom Tri’s Kitchen in December 2019 to celebrate my husband’s birthday. From the incredibly delicious food to the unbelievably beautiful garden, ocean view, sunset, and atmosphere — everything was simply perfect. The staff even sang a birthday song for him, making it such a memorable and special day. During that visit, a staff member mentioned that weddings could be held here. The moment we saw the venue, we knew — this is it. Since then, every time we visit Phuket (once or twice a year), we make it a tradition to come back with friends and family to enjoy dinner here. The hotel itself is also absolutely stunning. After COVID, we finally had our wedding here, and everything went so smoothly. A special thank you to Poupe, who took such great care of us and made the entire process stress-free. All of our guests still talk about how beautiful and fun our wedding was. This time, we came back to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary, and we were truly touched. The front office team, managers, and all the staff were incredibly attentive and kind — they even remembered our wedding and went above and beyond to make us feel special, with so many thoughtful touches and generous gestures. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for making this visit so meaningful. This place holds such a special place in our hearts, and we will definitely continue coming back every year for our anniversary. 💛

I have traveled to dozens of countries and never stayed in a hotel with such a poor service before. At the front desk, one of the staff members did not speak English very well and was not able to communicate clearly. She only asked me to sit down without telling me that the waiting time would be almost two hours. However, another staff member was very polite, so I did not think too much about it. But when I came for breakfast, I experienced the worst service I have ever seen. When I walked in, no one greeted me. The person who was writing down my room number simply looked at me with a poker face without saying anything. Then I went to order chicken soup. Two staff members looked at me and told me to wait. When I asked again, they just gestured with their hands for me to wait, without any explanation, and then turned away to cook eggs. So I asked politely, “Excuse me sir, how long do I need to wait?” He turned around and again just told me to wait with a poker face. There was no smile, no explanation. Many of the staff here seem to barely speak English and can only say “wait, wait, yes wait.” It felt extremely rude. This has really made my trip disappointing. For such an expensive hotel, you should consider hiring staff who can communicate in English and who can provide friendlier service. The staff here do not even look happy, and that atmosphere makes the guests’ experience uncomfortable as well. It really disappointed me with such a rude attitude .

Beautiful, large rooms in an even more beautiful scenery. Also the staff was outstanding during our stay. Highly recommending a cocktail during happy hour to watch the sunset.
