We had an amazing stay at Maya Phuket Airport Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and excellent service. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The entire team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the restaurant staff for preparing a delicious vegetarian pineapple fried rice especially for us. That thoughtful gesture truly reflected their care and willingness to accommodate guests' preferences. The hotel's location is another huge advantage-it's just a 5-minute walk from Phuket International Airport, making it a perfect choice for travelers with early or late flights. We highly recommend Maya Phuket Airport Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the airport with exceptional hospitality. We'd be happy to stay here again!

The Best Tom Kha I've Ever Had! Just a quick note for fellow travelers: Maya Phuket Airport is the restaurant of the Maya Phuket Airport Hotel, but you don't need to be a guest to dine here – entry is completely free and open to the public. It's super easy to find: located right at the hotel entrance, with its own separate entrance directly from the main street, so no need to navigate through the lobby. We stopped by right after landing and it easily became the highlight of our culinary trip. Hands down, this place serves the absolute best Tom Kha soup on the island. It's fragrant, perfectly balanced, and arrives piping hot with steamed rice served right alongside it – exactly what you want. We also ordered the Massaman Curry and asked them to make it as mild as possible. We knew the traditional recipe is naturally quite spicy, so we were taking a bit of a risk, but the kitchen handled it beautifully. It came out moderately spicy, preserving the authentic flavor profile without being overwhelming. To make it even better, they thoughtfully brought out extra coconut milk on the side so we could dial down the heat to our liking. Quick service, generous portions, and genuine Thai hospitality. Whether you're catching a flight, just arrived, or heading out, Maya is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Maya Phuket Hotel recently and honestly had mixed feelings. The service was genuinely excellent, the staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The room itself was awesome: modern, clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. We really enjoyed that part of the experience. Unfortunately, the big letdown came when we had to leave a couple of days early due to unforeseen circumstances. Their policy is strictly NO REFUND for shortened stays or early checkout. No exceptions, no partial credit, nothing. We were charged for the full original booking despite not using the rooms. It felt very inflexible and customer-unfriendly, especially compared to how good the actual stay was. If you're 100% sure about your dates and have no risk of needing to adjust, this hotel is solid. But if there's any chance your plans might change, be very careful – that no-refund early departure rule leaves a sour taste. Would think twice before booking again for that reason alone. I would think twice booking this hotel. SMH
