Mandarava Resort And Spa Karon Beach

words cannot describe how luxurious i felt at this resort!!! upon arrival, the check in process was super quick and easy and they even offer you cool moist towels as well as these super refreshing drinks made with local fruit. between rooms, buildings and areas there are these really fun cars that take you to and from! super easy to book too as u just ring reception from your room!!!! the room we got was on the bottom floor of the two story villa, it had a super spacious patio with two tanning beds and it connected right into the pool which was beautiful. i think one of my favourite perks was that you could smoke right there on your balcony which saves you from making a dreadful trip to a designated area in the thai heat. the room itself was spacious, clean, cool and so comfortable. the mattress was lovely, the pillows were perfect and i had the greatest sleep of my life there!! the staff are also warm, welcoming and so kind. it was lovely getting to know them despite my short stay - they even brought out birthday cake for my mum without us letting them know it was her birthday. it was the sweetest surprise ever. the pools are clean and a perfect temperature, the food at both the breakfast and the onsite restaurant were top notch… i genuinely could go on for days. our stay in phuket was a short one, so we only had three days at mandarava, however for the price point, i think it is entirely possible to spend a longer trip at this amazing resort.

This was my second time staying at Mandarava Resort in Karon Beach, Phuket, and it continues to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, the staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The room was remarkably clean and well-maintained, and I was even upgraded to a room type that exceeded my expectations, which made the stay even more special. Overall, my experience was truly amazing, and I already can’t wait to come back and rest and relax here again. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, with a great variety of options and something for everyone. There are a couple of minor things worth noting. The resort is quite tucked away from the main attractions of Karon Beach, so the location may not be ideal if you want to be right in the middle of everything. However, the hotel’s shuttle service makes getting around much easier, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience for me. There was also some construction happening during my stay, particularly near the breakfast hall, which meant there was quite a bit of noise at times. I had to put on my AirPods during breakfast to tune it out, but I completely understand that construction and maintenance are sometimes necessary, and I appreciate that this was likely the best way for the hotel to handle it while keeping the resort running. Despite those minor inconveniences, I had an absolutely wonderful stay. Mandarava is the kind of place I would recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful escape from the chaos, somewhere you can slow down, rest, and genuinely relax during your vacation. I would happily stay here again.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay here — everything was absolutely amazing! The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Every time we came back after going out, our room was cleaned so well that it felt just like the first day we checked in. The room was also incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The environment was beautiful and relaxing, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Had and excellent stay here. Property is beautiful and well maintained. All workers from front desk to gardeners were so nice and greeted you with a smile. Rooms and pools were nice. Breakfast was nice and had lots of choices. Thai restaurant was also nice and had great sunset view. Drink prices were a little inflated but food was decently priced. We had a late departure but they stored our bags and arranged showers for us prior to departure. A nice relaxing stay...would stay there again.
