Laguna Holiday Club Phuket Resort

During our recent office Phuket Summit, we had the pleasure of staying at SAii Lagoon Resort. It is a beautifully maintained property with stunning lagoon and beach views, excellent beach access, great food, and courteous staff. A special shout-out to Chef Amit, who went above and beyond to take care of our group and ensured we had a wonderful selection of Indian cuisine throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, comfortable, and had a great vibe. Our five-day stay was filled with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and memorable events, making it a truly enjoyable experience. We stayed for a week in early September and had the Beach Acces room. The view from the daybed and the patio of the room was amazing, the room was clean with multiple bottles of fresh water delivered daily. The resort restaurants were great, there was a definitely something for everyone on any given menu, in-room dining was pretty big too 😃 The breakfast was always fresh and delicious, great selection here as well, not too busy and always plenty of food. Most delightful was the staff and the wonderful service we received during our stay. We booked several excursions through the travel desk which was super convenient. Within walking distance are several bars, restaurants, beach massages, surfboard rentals and more. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a place! An Exceptional Stay at SAii Laguna Phuket. Our stay at SAii Laguna Phuket was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, welcoming and beautifully considered — exactly what you want from a holiday, especially when travelling with a child. The resort itself is stunning. Our Lagoon View room was particularly special, as it offered both a beautiful view of the lagoon and glimpses of the ocean. Being on the second floor and perfectly positioned meant we were close enough to enjoy the beach and resort facilities, while still feeling wonderfully peaceful and away from the crowds. I genuinely could not have asked for a better room. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were warm, attentive and consistently helpful without ever being intrusive. Everything felt effortless, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy our holiday. For families, SAii Laguna is fantastic. My daughter loved the pool and slides, and we spent hours playing in the water. We also enjoyed leisurely walks along the beach, afternoons by the pool and simply having time to slow down together. There was plenty to keep her entertained, while I could still enjoy the tranquillity and beautiful surroundings of the resort. The location was also ideal for us. We could enjoy the resort and beach at our own pace, but it was easy to venture out for local experiences, shopping and exploring when we wanted to. We enjoyed everything from local food and markets to boat rides and other excursions, and it was lovely to return to the calm of the resort afterwards. One of my favourite things about our stay was that we never felt pressured to fill every day with activities. Some of our best moments were simply sitting by the pool, enjoying coconuts, walking along the beach or relaxing in our room overlooking the lagoon and ocean. SAii Laguna Phuket gave us the perfect balance of comfort, beautiful surroundings, excellent service, family-friendly facilities and genuine relaxation. We had an amazing holiday and would absolutely return. In fact, our experience was so positive that we left Phuket already thinking about when we could come back. Highly recommended — especially for families looking for a beautiful resort where you can experience Phuket while still having the option to slow down, relax and simply enjoy being there.

If I could give SAii Phuket Laguna more than five stars, I definitely would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The resort is outstanding in every way. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are excellent, and the breakfast is delicious with a wonderful variety of choices. We also really enjoyed the complimentary activities offered by the resort, which made our stay even more special and enjoyable. A very special thank you to Helena, Lin, Dawi, and Tanya. They were incredibly friendly, cheerful, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality and beautiful smiles made us feel truly welcome. Everything was exceptional, and I highly recommend this resort. We would absolutely love to stay here again!
