We had an excellent stay here at Keemala! We stayed in the Tree House Pool Villa and it did not disappoint! The staff were welcoming and accomodating from the minute we arrived until we left. The room was incredible - cleaned daily, excellent view, gorgeous bath and pool. The food was fantastic and had so much options both at the restaurant and in villa dining. We actually loved the golf cart taking us around the hotel - it felt like a unique experience for a hotel to offer. Some high mentions to Melon who assisted us through out our stay and to Duen and Cat who were our masseuses for our couples massage and did a fantastic job. The pool bar was an enjoyable experience with the waterfall and the spa and the drinks and food was delicious. Our cleaners were adorable - leaving notes or rose petals in our bath that our made our day feel a little more special. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

We absolutely loved getting married at this hotel and spending our honeymoon there at the same time. It truly felt like a perfect two-in-one experience. What stood out the most was how smooth and easy the wedding planning process was, even from Germany. The organization was excellent, and everything was handled with such professionalism. Once we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely caring, which made us feel so special throughout our stay. One of our key criteria was having good vegan food options, and we were more than pleasantly surprised. Both the wedding dinner and the breakfast selection were outstanding. The villa itself was breathtakingly beautiful and offered a lot of privacy. It was the perfect place to enjoy quiet moments together and enjoy the stunning views. We have already promised ourselves that we will return to celebrate one of our future anniversaries here. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise.

The massage was one of the best we have ever had—deeply relaxing, therapeutic, and perfectly tailored to our needs. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend Keemala to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious getaway in Phuket. We can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at Keemala for 2 nights at the end of April, simply to disconnect from work—and it was exactly what I needed. I arrived early in the morning and took a Grab from the airport. The hotel can arrange a private transfer, but Grab was much more affordable and worked perfectly. I was able to get an early check-in about one hour earlier than the official time, and while waiting, I went to the spa and had a very relaxing treatment with Duen, which was a great way to start the stay. The villa itself is absolutely stunning. With a private pool and surrounded by nature, it truly feels like stepping into another world. I spent my time reading, napping, swimming, and just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The food was excellent—everything I tried at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast is especially impressive, with a salad bar and a wide à la carte menu. There are so many options, and everything was high quality. The entire resort is very quiet and serene. Most guests are couples, and there are very few children, which adds to the calm atmosphere. I didn’t see many solo travelers, but as a solo guest, I still had an amazing experience. A few practical tips: • Bring mosquito repellent for your skin. The villa provides room spray, but personal repellent is helpful. • The shared pool and pool bar close at 6 PM. After that, you can still enjoy drinks at the restaurant. • The resort is quite hilly, so flat sandals are recommended. However, buggy service is always available, so even heels are manageable. I also enjoyed the morning yoga sessions, which added to the relaxing experience. If you plan to use the shared pool, I recommend going around 4 PM when the heat becomes more manageable. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more special. I ended up not leaving the resort at all during my 3-day stay—and honestly, I didn’t feel the need to. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful and immersive escape.
