Very nice place. Clean and lovely room with toiletries.
Staff, with reminding from my friend, very kindly decorated my room for my birthday and gave me a slice of cake!
One problem I had is that there is no water filter machine accessible to guests! This is unacceptable in this day and age as apart from the two 600ml bottles they give you a day per room they want you to pay for extra bottled water. This is a waste of plastic and it would be much better if you could refill your own water bottles.
Breakfast also didn’t have any vegan options apart from fruit. Would be great if they did oat milk and cereal. The croissants weren’t nice at all. They had an omelette chef there though which was cute.

If you want to ruin your holiday... book this place. The room smells like sewer.. it goes away for abit when ac is on then starts smelling again!!!.complaining at reception they only offer to spray which ofcourse does not fix the problem!!! ( need to fix drainage system)The whole stay was terrible because of this. Dreaded to go back to the room because the smell was sooo bad. Limited breakfast options..nice pool tho and not too far from the beach. Receptionist at day time was very rude. Would not recommend because of the smell. Rest of the staff were very nice
Hotel has just stairs everywhere. You can’t rich anything without stairs. They are different high what’s make more difficult to step. Swimming pool area is also a disaster. Sun beds totally uncomfortable, old and every time you use it you scare to they just ruined under you. Sun parasols are also old. Mattresses are thin and useless, because you feel every metal in your body from sun beds. Breakfast boring like hell. Many days there were no alternative for them who not eating meat. No fish ,no chicken just pork. All food are tasteless, far away from Thai food. Juice was like water, coffee- brown water. Room had no chairs. In little and tiny balcony was just small uncomfortable bench. No table. View was nice. To sea. Towels for pool area was never changed. We got them first day and used one week.
SPA - was very very good. Very professional staff. Calm and quiet.
Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. The location was decent, staff were very friendly, the complimentary breakfast was alright.
The issue is in the facilities. We got upgraded to a “nicer” room however, the shower had no pressure, who building looks outdated, bathroom smelled like pee at all times, no vent in the bathroom, towels were old and ripped, safe wouldnt lock.
Overall was pretty disappointing, well short of a resort.
