I stayed here for 3D2N. Overall, I would have given this hotel 5 stars, but there were a few issues during my stay that affected my experience. 1. I stayed in Room 210, and the water heater was not working on both the first and second nights. I had to call reception each time, and an engineer was sent to fix it. While it was resolved, having the same issue occur repeatedly was inconvenient. 2. I noticed a small baby cockroach in the room during my stay. 3. There was hair around the shower drain that was clearly left behind by a previous guest, suggesting the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. On the positive side, the location is convenient, with a 7-Eleven just a short walk away. The air conditioning was very strong and kept the room cool. Also, my friends stayed in another room and did not experience any issues with their water heater. It may have just been an unfortunate experience with my room, but based on these issues, I personally wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

I think it was much better than Patong Beach b (The sea color isn't even pretty, so why bother? Patong?🤨) Next time, I should base myself in the Old Town. Although a house cockroach did appear😰😂 I was grateful that the staff handled it immediately b. I was worried about the unfriendly reviews (about the male staff?), but the female staff member was very kind👍 She greeted me well too. Maybe because it's the Old Town... the elevator is super small!😮 There are two, but if two people get in with luggage, the space is gone😂 Overall, the exterior is Peranakan style, so the night lighting is flashy and cool🤩 They said the system air conditioning was recently remodeled, and it was clean! Uniquely, they gave us Sansa (Tanghulu) snacks as a welcome treat! They were bite-sized, so I thought they were chocolate😅 I paid a little more for the stay, but I'm satisfied. Since it's the Old Town, the water quality... well, Phuket itself is old, so using the filter every two days was sufficient. 50 years? The 100-year-old hotel is way too run-down, so I picked this place. The noise was annoying because some crazy neighbor was screaming, but it was quiet in the early morning. On Sunday market days, there are live performances outside until dawn, so it might be noisy. The pool is tiny and good for just dipping in, but I didn't see anyone using it for 2-3 days. The biggest 7-Eleven is right in front, so it gets incredibly crowded with tourists until dawn. The location is in the center of the bustling downtown area.
Stay was okay, location was good. However, the staff at the counter told us that they only give 2 complimentary bottled water a day. Was taken aback by this as in both the hotel booking and the hotel information booklet in the room, it says "complimentary water". I wouldn't have assumed this would be capped at such a low number.
Situated in the middle of Phuket Old Town. Hotel newly renovated so rooms are like new! No smell. Love the lobby is AC in the daytime due to heat and open air at night. Lift only one and small but okay. Had the “NO WINDOW” room but super big room. Loved it. Fast check in and not much guest. Amazed. Just need bring your own toothbrush and cream. Plenty of cafe, bars and 7-11 nearby. PARKING IS FREE FOR HOTEL GUEST 😍😍
The room was very clean. I've stayed in several hotels in Thailand, and this one was the cleanest. It's ideally located, just a few meters from a 7-Eleven and close to restaurants. There's hand sanitizer on every floor. I thank the staff for their hospitality. I recommend this hotel.
