The best stay in Thailand. It was our anniversary and they upgraded up to villa with private jacuzzi and gave us wine and fruits with a beautiful card .this was our best experience ever.the hospitality among all the hotels we stayed in this raks beyond 5 star. They even invited us for cocktail and snacks in the evening. The hotel Manager Ann she even welcomed us upon check in and each and every staff there was so helpful. I recommend if your planning a trip to Thailand this is the place as the beach is just opposite and a little further own you have the best markets to shop even their exchange rate there is better priced.lovely restaurant with band.i enjoyed the breakfast also at the hotel . They have a lovely pool and great for family.
Staff are realty helpful. The room is clean and tidy. The bed and pillows are amazingly comfortable. Partner arrived two days before me and booked few nights after and got upgraded. Definitely we stay here again.
Hi Joanne,
I want to thank you and your team for your care and hospitality thus far. It continues to be a spectacular stay. I am glad I extended my stay here, as opposed to moving on.
And thank you for a wonderful evening. Guest-Staff cocktail meetups Is a great idea. It was good to meet Nimna too.
Best wishes to you and the team.
We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The service was excellent, and the staff made our experience comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to Ms. Joane, the Resort Manager, who was very kind, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. She kindly assisted us and allowed us to have a late check-out, which we truly appreciated.
Being a Filipino herself, Ms. Joane brings a beautiful mix of Filipino warmth and Thai hospitality, making the whole experience even more special. Her genuine care and welcoming attitude made us feel well taken care of.
Thank you for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the wonderful service and will definitely recommend this resort. We hope to come back again soon.
