Were were in group of 30 people had 3 nights stay here, cant say about service much , didn’t experience actually. Room was good with balcony and 2 separate beds but the was not good in the room … only one small bulb , that I didn’t like at all. Breakfast was also good , had several choices for breakfast including Indian and western with local choices. The best thing is local market is nearby, one can access lots of local shopping options nearby only for foods, clothes, drinks and many more. 15 minutes walking for Patong Beach and 20 mins for Bangla Street … that is more popular venue for all the tourists.
Absolutely superb property! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The food was average but the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. One of the best places to stay for a relaxing and memorable holiday!

The rooms are always clean and the daily room service was a pleasure.
We also received fresh cut fruit in our fridge daily which was a bonus after a looong hot day out.
The pool area is absolutely beautiful.
I believe the place is under renovation so the minor shower issues are something that are being attended to.
The location is great, walking distance to many markets, 7/11 and the iconic Bangla road.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the bar at the hotel, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a long day.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the bartenders, Mr. Best and Mr. Riskg. Their exceptional service and friendly demeanor truly made my visit memorable. They were not only skilled at mixing delicious cocktails but also took the time to engage in enjoyable conversations, making me feel right at home.
Located in Patong area, this is a good place for stay and there was a lot of Indian community who stayed in this hotel during our visit and it is also surrounded by a few Indian restaurants within 100 meters. The staff were polite and welcoming. We stayed here for three days and the stay was comfortable. The rooms were kept clean and neat. One needs to walk a bit to reach the main road for multi-cuisine restaurants, other eateries, shopping boutiques, markets etc. The buffet breakfast served near Wave Club had varieties and it tasted good. The swimming pool was generally occupied by a group of people (with some unruly behaviour/gestures) and due to our itinerary, could not spend time there (with no regrets). Overall it was a pleasant experience.
