I stayed in a Deluxe Pool View room, which was spacious at 45 sq.m., comfortably decorated, and featured a balcony overlooking the pool and greenery. The bathtub was also a nice touch for relaxing after a day out. The resort offers a good range of facilities, including a beachfront infinity pool, lagoon pool, fitness center, and relaxing spaces. Seven Seas Restaurant serves both Thai and international cuisine, with À la carte and buffet options for breakfast. I also enjoyed spending time at Estella Beach Bar, especially in the evening when the atmosphere by the sea was particularly relaxing. What I liked most is the peaceful and understated atmosphere. It’s a great place for anyone looking to slow down, enjoy the beach, and have a relaxing stay in the Mai Khao area. Special thanks to K.Cartoon from the Marketing team for her kind assistance, helpful recommendations, and excellent care throughout my stay. It was truly appreciated.

This is my 4th Stay at Estella. We keep coming back because we love it so much! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. They overlook 1 of the 3 big swimming pools (which are so refreshing in this heat). The staff, from reception to waitresses are all very friendly and accommodating. Love the breakfast buffet and the Seven Seas restaurant for food and drinks too. Overall, this spot is amazing and we look forward to coming back!
Great location not too far from phuket airport, very nice staff. The room is incredibly comfortable. Very big and quiet pool. 💯 recommend
Location is In between the 5 stars. The room is ok, the AC is a bit noisy. Close to the beach. Breakfast is bad. That seven sea restaurant is pretty bad. But definitely worth the money. Cuz the room is very cheap. A good choice for value.
Hello, We recently stayed at the resort and experienced many issues. Your property is an extreme disrepair and very badly maintained. Some of the issues we experienced during our stay are the following. - broken elevator - Broken shower - broken toilet - leaking sink faucet, which leaked all over the counter and resulted in all of our toiletry items getting wet. - very uncomfortable beds that felt like sleeping on the floor - large gaps under the door, which resulted in lizards entering the room - Issues with the air conditioning malfunctioning - Issues with the lights malfunctioning - malfunctioning and flickering lights interacting with the air conditioner - Malfunctioning safe, unable to lock up passport and wallet well going to the beach - after complaining about the safe, not locking the hotel management brought us another safe, which was loosen unsecured to the wall ( picture attached) - unhygienic food practises at the breakfast buffet that resulted in extreme diarrhoea - many tourist, not washing their hands, using personal water bottles at the juice and drink dispensers at the breakfast bar - dirty dishes left in the corridors of the hotel - the smaller pool adjacent building one was murky and had a foul order - broken and filthy lounge chairs on the pool deck. - several of the buildings on the resort property are actually derelict and vacant All pictures and video attached. This hotel or resort would be rated one star not luxury at all!!! I’m extremely disappointed with my first trip to Thailand and having this awful experience. Not to mention that the cost was $2000 cnd, which is extremely overpriced. The pictures and the website are all outdated and do not accurately depict the current condition of the resort at all. I was ripped off and scammed by the price of this hotel. Hotel is in a luxury area by this hotel is one star!!!
