During our stay, we particularly enjoyed the hotel’s breakfast, our two à la carte dining experiences at Coral, and the spa, where we were able to relax and unwind.
I would especially like to recognize Mo and Andrew for their exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. They made sure to clarify every detail and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our meals. Their warm and attentive service truly made both visits special. The food was also delicious, generous, and satisfying, making the overall dining experience even more enjoyable.
I stayed here with my family for two weeks. The reception staff were very helpful and kind. We were able to check in early at no extra cost, which was a welcome relief after our 15-hour journey. The hotel is in a great location; Patong Beach is nearby—about a 10-minute walk—and Bangla Road is within a 15-minute walk. There are also plenty of shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. We were very happy with our choice to stay here. The breakfast was the only aspect that perhaps didn't quite live up to a 4-star standard; the selection was very limited, and they didn't really cater to European tastes. However, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff did a very professional job; changing the bed linen was part of the daily cleaning routine, even for guests staying multiple nights. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant, stress-free holiday.❤️🥰
We absolutely love the staff off the restaurant at elite suit hotel ! ❤️ Sud, Mo, and Earn are amazing! They are always smiling, friendly, funny, and incredibly welcoming. Their service is outstanding, and they always make us feel comfortable and happy. They work so hard and always serve us with kindness and positive energy. They really make our experience at the hotel extra special. We are so happy with the way they treat us, and they truly deserve all the appreciation. Thank you, Sud, Mo, and Earn, for making us feel so welcome! You are the best! 🥰❤️ Highly recommended!
Exceptional location, balcony options is much appreciated, has huge swimming pool. Only the area of improvement is the reception personnel’s behavior, night shift receptions are somehow aggressive in behavior. Overall, had a good time in the hotel. Recommend for families, for those appreciates calm, quiet atmosphere.
Had a wonderful stay at Elite Suites. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring.
The highlight of the property is the large swimming pool, which is well-maintained and perfect for both adults and kids. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Overall, a fantastic stay with great facilities, excellent service, and outstanding value. Highly recommended!
