Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket

We had a wonderful one-night family stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket! Even though our visit was short, the team made it truly memorable right from the moment we arrived. ​Checking into the hotel was smooth and seamless, and we received fantastic assistance from the Captain, which set a great tone for our stay. ​A special shoutout to the team at the Splash Pool Bar—the staff (Boy,Pao,Dan and Santa) were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and provided top-notch service while we relaxed by the pool. ​The breakfast buffet was another major highlight! The spread was huge, offering an incredible variety of delicious food options. The breakfast staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. We would like to give a special mention and heartfelt thanks to Chef Rush and Manager Chalin for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. ​We loved our time here and would highly recommend this resort to families. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay!

We had a great holiday at Centara Grand Beach Resort.Great location right on the beach and walking distance to Karon. Beautiful gardens. Our room was clean and spacious. The best thing about this resort was buffet breakfast and buffet dinner at The Cove. Lots of food choices which cater to all tastes and cultures. The staff go to a lot of trouble to make the experience special. Kaew at breakfast makes all kinds of barista coffees at request which are included in the buffet. Janna, Jenni, Putri, Rush and the rest of the morning crew are very efficient at preparing tables, clearing dishes and assisting guests in whatever way they can. The dinner crew including Chalin, Yah, Natalie, Jack , Ray, Ivan and the rest are just as friendly and are totally focused on fulfilling requests from guests. Very impressive service.

We had an excellent stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket. The resort is truly a masterpiece, with beautiful architecture, stunning surroundings, and a wide range of facilities that make it a great destination for families and anyone looking to relax. The cleanliness throughout the resort was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and enjoyable. We were initially staying in a room close to the swimming pool, where there was some construction work that caused noticeable noise. After we informed the staff, they were very helpful and quickly arranged another room for us. We sincerely appreciate their understanding and willingness to resolve the issue, which made a positive difference to our stay. The service was generally good, although I believe there is room for improvement. On several occasions, we experienced delays in receiving service without a clear explanation. Since this happened more than once, it may indicate an area that the management could review and improve. One thing that surprised me was receiving a call one day before our departure to confirm our checkout time. In my experience, most hotels usually confirm this on the day of departure, so this was a little unexpected. The resort could also benefit from some renovations and updates in certain areas. However, considering the price, it offers excellent value for money and provides a memorable resort experience. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would like to thank the team for their hospitality. We wish them continued success and all the best for the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Centara Beach Resort Phuket. The resort is beautiful, with great facilities and a fantastic beachfront location. A special thank you to Tee, Kitty, and Yah at the restaurant for their exceptional service. They were always friendly, attentive, and made every dining experience enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay more memorable. The only downside was that our room was not consistently cleaned on some days, which was a little disappointing. However, aside from this issue, we had a lovely experience overall. Thank you to the team for making our holiday special. We would happily return in the future.
