Beyond Kata

The resort is very nice. Its one of the best resort along Kata Beach. Swimming pool is also available for those who want to go on fresh water swimming. The restaurant buffet is good. A lot of rooms are available for guests including function halls for meetings amd small gatherings. It has also a fitness center for guests who love to go to a gym.

Everything was absolutely incredible from start to finish! We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel is truly fantastic, the room was perfect, and all the staff were lovely, friendly, and always there to take care of us. A special mention to Ben, whom we would like to thank enormously for his kindness and warm welcome! The food was also excellent — honestly, every single dish was delicious. And a big highlight for us was breakfast, especially the omelettes, which were absolutely amazing! The person who prepared and served them was also fantastic, always smiling and friendly. In short, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back! A huge thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so wonderful. ❤️

We arrived late at night, and after checking in, the bellboy brought our luggage to our room. He appeared to expect a tip, but unfortunately we didn't have any cash with us. As soon as he realized this, he made a face, muttered something in Thai, and walked away. It immediately left us feeling uncomfortable and created a very poor first impression. Unfortunately, our experience with housekeeping was no better. The staff seemed unmotivated and lacked attention to detail. Each day, the bed was simply made, but the floor was never swept or mopped. It became so dirty that it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for days. Eventually, I noticed a broom outside our room and ended up sweeping the floor myself. I then politely informed one of the housekeeping staff that the room was dirty and asked if the floor could be mopped. She also made a face, responded in Thai, and returned with what appeared to be a dirty mop. Afterward, the room was left with an unpleasant smell, making the situation even worse. The most disappointing part of our stay was the attitude of the staff. The reception staff greeted us warmly when we first arrived, and we appreciated that. However, after check-in, no other staff member greeted us or even acknowledged us throughout our stay. Not a single smile, hello, or good morning. Instead, most employees we encountered appeared unfriendly, unapproachable, and, at times, outright rude. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, but unfortunately, that was completely missing during our stay. The hotel clearly needs to invest in customer service and hospitality training for its staff. Professionalism, courtesy, and cleanliness are fundamental expectations at any hotel, and this property fell well short in all of these areas. The view was beautiful, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight of our stay. The poor standard of housekeeping and the consistently unprofessional attitude of the staff completely overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable experience. Because of the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unfriendly atmosphere, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel.

Our 3rd time here, the hotel is on a beautiful beach and close to shops. The biggest improvement we noticed compared to our other 2 visits was the food. The meals were absolutely delicious and of high quality. We highly recommend this for a wonderful family visit. Every member of staff were incredible. Congratulations on the improvements.
