Beyond Karon

Staff at reception Kail, Regin, pam and Johnny were helpful and patient in helping us with enquires. They also clarified changes when our flight was rescheduled, which we were having difficulties understanding. Come and johnny were very helpful in making sure we could cross a very busy road safely. Dee and Pol at the pool bar were always friendly and wecoming as were all the staff at breakfast each morning Overall, all staff went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was a great experience. Overall, I would certainly recommend this hotel for a great holiday experince

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Beyond Resort was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views that create a relaxing and unforgettable atmosphere. The location is perfect—literally just a few steps away from everything you need, including restaurants, shops, and the beach. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Aum and Dang for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. They made us feel valued and ensured that every part of our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The facilities are excellent, well-maintained, and offer everything needed for a comfortable vacation. Considering the quality of the hotel, the service, and its prime location, it offers outstanding value for money. I highly recommend Beyond Resort to anyone visiting Phuket, and I look forward to staying here again.

We had a pool access room. Our top priorities when holidaying are location and beach views and we had an amazing view along Karon beach and a very comfortable King size bed. Hotel position is perfect with easy access to Karon and Kata beaches, shops and restaurants. Resort itself is old and tired and only has stair access to rooms which is anther good reason to get a ground floor room. No lush tropical garden which is a shame as I enjoy this when in the tropics. Pools are clean and a good temperature. One has a swim up bar. The bar prices are not cheap and the cocktails only mediocre and it has no music or atmosphere. The spa was 'closed for renovations'. Overall we were happy with the location and view for the price we paid.

Love our stay in Beyond Karon. The staff & hospitality is excellent and we had a pleasant time at Beyond Karon. Will definitely repeat our staff here. The room is clean, the swimming pool, beach and everything here is just the best! I would like to thank all the staff at Beyond Karon & Dang (the receptionist).
