We had a wonderful stay at Baan Laimai Resort in Phuket! The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore Patong Beach, nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and nightlife. The atmosphere is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall experience was very enjoyable.
The swimming pool and resort facilities add to the relaxing holiday vibe, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy Phuket while staying close to all the main attractions.

We absolutely love Baan Lai Mai! This is our third time choosing to stay here, and once again, we couldn’t be happier with our experience.
The hotel room itself is beautiful, and the pool is absolutely amazing — it’s so big, clean and beautifully maintained. The staff throughout the whole hotel are incredible. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and attentive, which makes such a difference to your stay.
A special mention has to go to Joe, the poolside waiter. He is so kind, attentive and genuinely lovely. It’s such a pleasure to be served by him, and he always makes us feel so welcome and well looked after.
We clearly love this hotel, given that this is our third stay, and we would happily come back again and again. We highly recommend Baan Lai Mai to anyone visiting Phuket!
We had a wonderful dining experience! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Za Za, who took such great care of us. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. Her excellent service truly made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back. Had a wonderful dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Special thanks to Su and Jeer for their outstanding hospitality. They were always smiling, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the visit. Their positive attitude and professionalism truly made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back again!
If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is not it. We got “upgraded” to a bigger room and it is right above the stage. Live music plays until 11pm. The room was nice and big and would be great for large groups who don’t mind the loud music. I wish they would have mentioned the location of the upgraded room so we could decide if we wanted to take it. They couldn’t give us another room when I asked. I booked 6 nights and had to reserve 3 nights at another hotel so I could get better sleep
The location is central and very convenient to everything: restaurant, beach, that degenerate street, bars, etc. The service is amazing, everyone is so friendly and welcoming, just wish communication was better.
Overall this is a great hotel for partying bc of the location but not for a relaxing getaway. The facility’s decors and aesthetic also need lots of upkeep.
