The hotel is in a great location with views on Karon beach and restaurants are easily accessible. There are all the facilities you would expect from a five star boutique hotel. There are however several deficiencies which make the five star rating questionable. The rooms are cheaply built, the elevators are small and stinking hot, the food and beverage service isn’t attentive enough, cleanliness could also be improved - the swimming pool is always filled with leaves, the gym floor always has used towels lying around and the common areas always have evidence of high foot traffic which could easily be fixed with regular sweeping. Housekeeping staff are extremely friendly but on the opposite of discrete - conversations in the hallway are loud. Overall the service is attentive but the facilities and how they are maintained are not up to scratch. I would rate the hotel as a good four star.

We would especially like to thank the breakfast team Jayant, Nadear, Saui, Bow and Cartoon. They made a very good Job. All staff in the Hotel was polite, very friendly, exceptionally attentive, and yet never intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will return. One thing we particularly appreciated was that the hotel provided beach bags as well as beach towels. The hotel was also very well organized in ensuring that guests did not reserve sun loungers unnecessarily. One thing we did not particularly like was seeing some guests coming to breakfast in their pajamas or swimwear. It would be nice if the hotel could address this more clearly and encourage guests to dress appropriately for breakfast. Thanks for your hospitality.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 4-year-old daughter, and from the moment we checked in until we checked out, we truly felt at home. The hospitality of every staff member was exceptional. Everyone greeted us with genuine smiles, and even the housekeeping team was warm, friendly, and approachable. A special mention goes to the breakfast restaurant team. Every morning, they welcomed us warmly and constantly checked if we needed anything, whether it was coffee, masala tea, or anything else. Our heartfelt thanks to Chef Mr. Nair, who made both of our breakfast experiences so memorable. He even introduced us to their signature Chole Bhature, which was absolutely extraordinary. The breakfast spread itself offered an amazing variety of delicious choices. Mr. Nair and his team also took the time to chat with our 4-year-old daughter and offered her hot chocolate, which she happily accepted both mornings. Those little gestures made us feel genuinely cared for. On Friday evening, we had dinner at Chard Grill, and it turned out to be another unforgettable experience. Ms. Blazey warmly welcomed us and thoughtfully arranged a table by the pool. During our conversation, I mentioned that we were visiting Phuket to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. A little later, Ms. Fa surprised us with a birthday cake, making the celebration incredibly personal and special. We would also like to thank Mr. Guran and Ms. Jane, who looked after us throughout dinner. They didn’t simply serve our food and walk away—they stayed attentive, checked on us regularly, and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our meal. That level of genuine care and hospitality is something you rarely experience. The hotel is also fantastic for families. It features a dedicated Kids Zone with a PlayStation, pool table, colouring and painting activities, and even a kids’ cooking set, which kept our daughter entertained. A special mention goes to Sasi at the reception, who made our departure just as memorable as our stay. The moment she saw me approaching during check-out, she greeted me with a warm smile and immediately offered her assistance. She handled the entire process effortlessly and took the time to genuinely ask about our experience, whether there was anything the resort could improve on, and encouraged us to visit again in the future. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and sincere hospitality perfectly reflected the high standards of the resort. It was a wonderful way to end our holiday and left us with a lasting positive impression. Overall, our stay exceeded every expectation. The warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail from every member of the team made our holiday truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, this will be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Phuket again. Thank you to everyone for making our daughter’s birthday celebration so special. We can’t wait to return!

Ms Jackie, Ms Fa, Ms Jane, and Ms Blaizy provided warm, attentive service that made every moment feel special. Their professionalism and kindness stood out throughout my stay. • Chef de Cuisine Shirshie delighted us with culinary artistry - each dish was a masterpiece, combining flavor and presentation flawlessly. • The Char D Grill offered a vibrant atmosphere, perfectly paired with the chef's creations. • Bar Manager Mr Gungra impressed with his expertise and charm, ensuring every guest felt welcome and well cared for. Together, this team delivered truly stupendous service, making my stay from 2–4 July a memorable and joyous experience. Their dedication deserves the highest commendation.
