Had a wonderful stay at Andamantra Resort & Villa Phuket! The room was comfortable and had a beautiful beach and sea view, especially from the higher levels. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety of options. Check-in was quick and easy, and the transportation service around the resort made getting to the rooms and entrance very convenient.
A special mention to "Cream", who was extremely friendly, helpful, and user-friendly. Her hospitality and warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Cream, for the wonderful service! Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Phuket. 🌴🌊✨
This is our second, stay at the hotel earlier feedback, and the review was good, but this time as it has been absorbed that Hotel is going under renovation, but the staff has totally changed.
The Hotel is currently working with the interns and stuff, and they are not that cooperative.
We had challenges in getting the room inventory, the case back once their autolock and it has to come to your hotel or your room for at least 10 to 12 minutes to because of the vehicle availability.
The spa is average we have limited limited employees there where you have to wait if we book the spa, the hotel.
The bartender, specially the girl named cream was good. She maintained a good decorum at the pool when we enjoyed the happy hours.
The Hotel is undergoing renovation of the Rooms, which we earlier were but clearly, they have totally taken out their experience from customer experience to you getting money out of the customers.
I recommended around 5 to 6 families. This Hotel and everybody just give an average feedback, and after year when I went back, I realised this Hotel has become excellent to average Hotel with the cost, remaining the same.
At their price point, the hotel is perfect for a vacation with sea view. Rooms are good enough to stay. Patong beach is at walking distance. The buffet area is on terrace beside pool and the views are stunning in morning.
Staff at the buffet were very hospitable and cooperative, specially Aman. He made sure that we have a hearty breakfast.

Our group of 8 people booked 4 rooms at Andamantra Resort Phuket, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.
The biggest issue was the poor service and lack of guest consideration. The resort has three internal shuttle vehicles for transporting guests around the property, yet only one vehicle was regularly used. As a result, guests were forced to wait for long periods just to travel within the resort. This was especially frustrating considering the size and steep layout of the property.
The staff’s behavior was far from welcoming and rude especially Mr.SUNNY and Mr.BUBU at the front desk. Many employees appeared uninterested in helping guests and lacked basic hospitality and professionalism. Requests were handled slowly, and there was very little effort made to ensure guest comfort or satisfaction.
What was even more disappointing was the management’s apparent lack of concern regarding these issues. Despite multiple guests facing the same inconvenience, there seemed to be no attempt to improve the situation or address complaints effectively.
For the price charged, we expected much better service, organization, and customer care. The beautiful location and views cannot compensate for poor management, inadequate transportation arrangements, and unsatisfactory staff behavior.
We would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
We had a wonderful experience at the resort, and a big part of that was thanks to Miss Kang. She was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Her hospitality and positive attitude made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and enjoyable for us. Staff members like Miss Kang are what make a resort experience memorable. Highly appreciated and highly recommended!
