Absolutely amazing experience. The facilities and surrounding were clean and exactly like the photos I'd seen. The private access beach was so wonderful. Front desk staff were super polite and friendly. The breakfast service was also enjoyable, the staff greeted us with big smiles. I booked this hotel for the week and it was amazing! The pool was nice and it was right by the ocean. Everyday they had breakfast for us and the food is so good! The staff were so sweet and nice and always greeted us no matter what time of day it was. I was injured and the desk staff were so sweet and put a bandage and disinfectant on for me. I definitely recommend if you want a nice secluded beach and am amazing experience!
We absolutely can't wait to stay here again! The gorgeous beachfront views of the ocean are breathtaking, and the private beach is clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The food was excellent, and every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. If you're looking to escape the usual commercial tourist experience, this is the perfect place. It's a quiet getaway with an authentic touch of Thai culture and hospitality that made our stay truly special. Highly recommended!
This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, staff members assisted with my luggage directly from the car and provided a very warm welcome. The hotel also prepared a special room setup and delivered a welcome fruit platter to my room, which was a lovely touch. One of the biggest highlights of this property is its beautiful private beach, which I consider one of the best in Phuket. Despite the excellent beachfront location, room rates remain very reasonable. The hotel is also conveniently located near the airport. The food served at the hotel is delicious, especially the Thai dishes, and the prices are fair. The room design feels somewhat dated, as the hotel has been operating for nearly 30 years. However, the property is exceptionally well maintained. If the rooms were renovated, I believe this could easily become one of the most beautiful hotels in Phuket. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to return again.
This was our second stay at Andaman White Beach Resort, having previously visited last year. We chose to return because we had fond memories of our first visit, and we appreciated that the resort welcomed us back with complimentary fresh coconuts and a fruit basket. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel valued as returning guests. Unfortunately, our overall experience this time was quite disappointing compared to our previous stay. One drawback is the location. While the private beach setting is beautiful, the resort is quite far from Patong and other popular areas. Even visiting the nearest beach, Mai Khao/Mai Thon area, can cost around 200 THB for transportation, which adds up quickly during a holiday. The biggest disappointment was the dining experience. One evening, while we were outside, we called the hotel and informed them that we would arrive before 10:30 PM, which is the restaurant's last order time. We returned at approximately 10:32 PM and politely requested to place an order. However, the restaurant staff member was very rigid and simply stated that the kitchen was closed. No effort was made to accommodate us despite our prior call, and we ultimately had to order food through Grab. This was particularly frustrating for a resort of this category. The property itself also appeared to be suffering from a shortage of staff. This was noticeable throughout the resort. The beach, which was one of the main reasons we returned, was littered with garbage and did not appear to be cleaned regularly. Some of the room door locks were not functioning properly, and several poolside recliners had torn fabric, giving parts of the resort a neglected appearance. Breakfast was average and did not meet the expectations we had based on our previous stay. In terms of service, the experience was mixed. The receptionist with the stylish glasses and short hair, along with one male staff member whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. However, most of the other staff members seemed indifferent and lacked the warmth and hospitality that guests would expect from a beachfront resort. It is disappointing to write this review because we genuinely enjoyed our first visit and specifically chose to return. The resort still has a beautiful location and tremendous potential, but it appears that maintenance, staffing, and service standards have declined since our last stay. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues so that future guests can experience the resort at its best.
