Anantara Layan Phuket Resort

We stayed at Anantara in August. The staff was delightful, attentive, and courteous. We participated in the hotel's activities, including yoga and stretching classes. It was wonderful. I would like to thank especially the instructor Tas who conducted the classes with professionalism and a unique, inspiring approach. Such a lovely stay! 🤍 The resort is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and the whole atmosphere was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, especially Nahed, who was always so kind and helpful. She really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! ✨

Excellent service with personal touch - not one or two staff BUT the whole team! After having stayed in a few Anantara resorts which we left with beautiful memories. But this by far, the BEST. The people, the food, the accomodation, the service, the place, the sea - ALL exceeded my expectations although all anantara has high standards. The staff at Layan remembered you by your names and remembered the activities you were doing the previous day and chit chat with you on these the next day. That personal interest in your well being really impressed us. Whether you made a request or query, within 30minutes, there will be a team of staff answering your requests or queries. Even if they could not give you an definite answer, they will follow up again with you. Small gestures like mosquito repellents, pillow spray, incense and holders, sleeping tea and tea set do surprised us. Even a farewell note and goodbye fruit plate on the eve and day of your departure showed their level of personal touch and service. You can feel their sincerity and authencity. Usually, i will not go back to the same anantara resort as i wanted to try the rest of them but certainly Layan ia one i want to come back again. I could not name all the staff although ALL of them is wonderful. I want to take this opportunity to thank the Anantara Layan and team for this beautiful vacation. (To Natalya n team - Zuma, Kamille n Emmy - thank you) Just some suggestions : 1) small sourvenir for guests to bring home with the name of resort imprint 2) Outdoor have celing fan. 3) Binocular for bird watching

What an amazing resort. We have spent five days there and it was perfect. I would have to say probably one of the best resorts in Phuket. The property itself is huge with wellness center, active zone, zipline, beach multiple pools, kids area, amazing restaurants and a great beach. Everything was just perfect, really comfortable rooms , friendly staff and amazing food and service. We definitely will be back again.
