Stayed with my wife and 8 year old son, was given 2 single beds pushed together son was sleeping in the middle which would have been uncomfortable for him. The room (1108) was great , although the cleaners could have a little more consistency on times, one day could be 10an next day was at 18.00 which is far to late. All staff were brilliant , always greeting us and smiling. Be aware if you eat at the 2 on site restaurants service charge and VAT is added to the bill. Kids club was good as staff really welcoming , fitness centre small but sufficient. Easy to get around town with apps like bolt & grab. Wasn’t to impressed with the 20 guys drinking beer from glass bottles in the kids pool all day everyday and non stop swearing, whilst staff served them the glass drinks in the pool, I understand they will be spending a lot of money but this is the only pool for children and I don’t want my son listening to that kind of language. Overall great stay , thank you
Excellent stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning location, outstanding service, and delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. I highly recommend booking a Club Room, as the additional benefits and lounge access made the experience even more enjoyable and truly worth the extra cost.
Very Beautiful resort, All the amenities are of Top Class, For Indians this place is most suitable as it serve wide varieties of Indian cuisine. Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and sea view rooms offer a spectacular view from room’s balcony. Resort is very big so they offer golf cart to reach to your rooms. Children’s play area is bliss for couples who are with young kids, they also have PS5 with good collection of games, one dedicated staff is assigned to take care of kids when you leave your kids behind. Resort location is also a plus point as it is rightly situated at the end of Patong beach road so reaching late night is very easy. Overall a very Nice Experience
We stayed at Amari Hotel for several nights and really enjoyed our time there. The location was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, and it turned out to be very convenient. It’s close to the beach and not far from restaurants, shops, and other attractions, but still quiet enough to relax. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the bed was very comfortable after long days of sightseeing. We also liked the balcony, which was a nice spot to sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast was a highlight for us. There was a wide selection of both Thai and international dishes, and everything tasted fresh. The breakfast area was well organized, even during busy hours. The pool area was clean and relaxing, with enough space to sit and unwind. We spent a few afternoons there and never felt crowded. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed, from arranging transportation to giving local recommendations. Amari Hotel offers great comfort, good service, and a convenient location. It’s a place we would happily stay at again and recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing hotel stay.
