Itinerary
9.00: Our tour guide will arrive your hotel to pick you up or you will meet up at the office if your hotel is located outside Duong Dong Town. The first attraction is Pearl Farm that exhibits many beautiful, precious string of pearls samples or even cultivated pearls that are handcrafted and raised by the locals here. Moreover, you also have the opportunity to watch the guide on site acts how to get a pearl from a sea boy. What an interesting experience for those who have never known before
9.30: We leave from Pearl Farm to visit Sim wine factory where local people produce Sim wine (Rose Myrtle wine) made from the fruit from the myrtle tree. In hear, you will have chance to taste test different types of sim wine...from light alcohol content to higher. If you like it, you can buy from store because Sim wine is only made in Phu Quoc Island.
10.00: Next stop, we will continue to go to see Pepper farm. You will be overwhelmed by pepper farm with straight rows of pepper trees, greasy green, famous grainy, delicious.
10.30: Another attraction is Ho Quoc Pagoda. This is the largest Buddhist temple on Phu Quoc Island. This spectacular temple is perched at the base of a lush mountain that faces the sea and and the rising sun.
11.30: We get on the car to transfer to Sao Beach where you will enjoy lunch and have some fun of activities such as: swimming, water sport game with personal expenses or sunbathing on the beach or collect sea star for photo shoots. We will stop here for 1 hour 30 minutes and then leave Sao Beach to visit Phu Quoc Prison (Coconut Prison)
13.30: Arrive Phu Quoc prison, our tour guide will share with you many interesting information about this prison. Being a prison built by the French colonialist to imprison Vietnamese people which was known as Coconut Tree Prison, in 1967. This was the largest place to keep communist soldiers in the South with more than 32,000 prisoners. Coming here, you should be mentally prepared before coming in because the prison still contains artifacts or statues that look exactly like the scenes of the prison, the prisoners were brutally tortured.
Leaving the prison, we will walk to fish sauce factory. Phu Quoc’s fish sauce production in Vietnam is equivalent to Italy’s olive oil, France’s champagne – artisanal and traditional product made with only natural ingredients sourced locally.
15:30 We check in Sun Premier Village Primavera: Walking tour of Kiss Bridge and Clock Tower On the way back, those wish to stop at Sunset Sanato or Night Market in Duong Dong Town (Entrance ticket fee & back by yourself at own expense). You will be back hotel in Duong Dong around 16:30. Tour ends, our tour guide says Good Bye

Thé program wAs to rich,in thé afternoon I wAs tired, but IT IS not a Mistake od thé tourmay ne,without prison
We had excellent experience in Vietnam during our trip to phu quoc, hanoi and halong bay. Julie was our agent who was very supportive and did everything best to make us feel good.
A brilliant day, saw lots, great lunch and beach stop was fantastic - great guide too! We Enjoyed Pearl factory and Pepper farm, and visiting the Temple. . Highly recommended!
Great experience & hassle free. Tour guide was very knowledgeable of sights, history and super friendly. Well worth it
I was on Sao beach last year. And only remember it because of the rubbish. I returned today in hope locals got their act together. Sadly disappointed. It’s dirtiest renowned beach Iv ever been on. And prices in local restaurants have much higher than anywhere else. 45000 for a coke 100,000 for a coconut. Also clowns with drones taking pictures of themselves and their model girlfriends. Without any concern for other people’s personal space 🙄🙄. There are many nice beaches on island. Starfish ong lang , long beach Don’t waste ur time going to Sao.
Great value and the best tour guide (Senna) we had in Vietnam, speaking perfect English and giving his best towards tourists.
It was lovely experience and gadt travel made everything so smooth and perfect . They pick up drop to hotel and food according to us . Everything was customised and loved the tour definitely book from them
Tour was very well planned, I enjoyed the stops ( pearl farm, fish sauce, prison, Sim wine, lunch and beach, temple, pepper farm). Tour guide Tân spoke good English and gave us all the information. The bus was a little overcrowded..maybe one person too many😄. (The Pearl Farm is very special, they also carve items from fossil shells and fossilised wood.
It’s a nice way to experience Phu Quoc, apart from the beach and the main road. The guide was knowledgeable and the lunch was delicious.
Good fun and an easy way to explore more of the island in the comfort of air conditioning. Lunch was good but probably not for you if you don't eat seafood. I would highlight that there are quite a lot of shopping stops at the start of the day, which irritated some tourists. However, we found them fun and you were always on the move.
It was nice itinerary with a lot of stops and places we wouldn’t see on our own. Ren was great guide, very explanatory about all the stops and Vietnamese culture.
It’s a day packed with a lot of sightseeing and also relaxing on the beach. We’ve learned a lot about the life on the island from our very knowledgeable guide Woa.
Saw so much, in so little time. Enjoyed every minute, tour guide was so fun and supportive: Great day out - for small time in Phu Quoc would really cover everything off pretty well
Dear Clover, you have been nothing but the best, our trip was memorable thanks to you alone, we had such good experienced because you were with us through it all. Clover was just a phone call away since the day we set foot on Vietnam till the day we left, she make sure to informed us of our Itenary every single day and make sure we are comfortable with the trip and the guide assigned to us. From the bottom of our heart we wish you the best in your life, may God bless you in your work life and grant all the desires of your heart caused from our end we can't never repay your kindness and patience 🥰🥰🥰 Happy New Year Clover
A whole trip was interesting. We had to visit pearl farm, pagoda, prison, pepper farm, fish soup farm, wine factory and Sao beach. Good food with nice funny tour guide" Ren". We had a great time and had a lot of fun. The lunch food was delicious and too many menu. It is more worth with the value.
It was good to be able to visit many attractions in Phu Quoc. The Tour Guide Ethan was very experienced , explained to us a lot of information on the attractions & historical facts as well. The Driver was good too driving us safely to all places. Thank you very much Ethan, the Driver and John’s Tours Company for the good well organised tour trip.
Well organized tour even exceeding the itinerary. Being swimwear do the beautiful Sao Beach. A well spent full day tour. All the stops together gave you a good idea about Vietnam and Phu Quoc in particular. Well spent money!
A great way to get your bearings in the south part of the island. Ethan the tour guide was very knowledgeable and could answer every question. Saw a lot of places and it’s nice to relax on a bus rather than dealing with a scooter. Only recommendation would be to have more time at the prison and less time at Sao beach.
Nice beach (small fee for beds). At the Rockside snorkeling is possible (windy-unclear water). Very tasteful food
It was really quite a great excursion with lots of interesting destinations and facts from the guide Ren, who told very funny and humorous about the country and the island. Highly recommended! Daniel
Belle plage à sao. Paradisiaque. Visites multiples.
We went to see the beaches of Sao Beach and Khem beach, what a sadness to see these beaches littered with garbage of all kinds Women were scrambling to clean up but what image sent back I don’t know if it’s tourists or locals who are behind it but it’s time for decision-makers to finally make the right decisions especially the right ones Some ventured into this water to swim In short, I don't swim in a wastehouse What sells us the dream would do well to update their comments
