Romantic Dinner With Symphony Show & Kiss Of The Sea Fireworks

I booked this and paid 5,500,000 dong for the experience. If I could I would give it less than 1 star. My itinerary had warm welcome 6-7 then 7-7.45 gourmet dinner at Sun Bavaria Gastro Pub. Well they sat us down at some seats that were frankly not good enough and I had to ask them to move us. We were moved to a new better section. Instead of the gourmet dinner we were told that it was a buffet not a-la-cart as the booking had suggested. Getting our meal was like feeding time at the zoo. It was a disgrace. Could not get to any food I wanted. People were cutting in and some were using their hands to get their food. I hope the show will be better as this has been disappointing up to this stage to say the least. If I knew that it would be like this I would not have booked this and would have found somewhere else to go.

I loved everything about the night. The dinner was great, the shows were lovely with fireworks. Live band performances were awesome. It was just amazing

The experience was fantastic, however I did not get my QR code until I got there, so it took forever to get in, the staff was not helpful. I arranged a pick up and drop of and my return taxi did not turn up, so I had to get a private taxi to take us back to hotel.

This was a horrible experience and the biggest rip-off. Do not book with this company. Do yourself a favour and just eat at another restaurant where you will find better food and at a better price. Also, check the weather first. Paying more for a 'better' seat means you are outside, in what others have described as cafeteria style seating (not romantic at all). We booked well in advance, and the night was pretty much a wash out. Those that stuck around were probably more concerned about the money wasted than any ambiance or desire to stay. The food was buffet style and some of the worst we have ever tasted. We were wanting a decent meal for the cost of the tour, however this was not the case. You could find much better for under $10 AUD. Stay well away from this event.

When we arrived the tour operator demanded a 750k vnd additional payment he called a "high season surcharge". We paid it because we were there and wanted to see the show. The only reason we are giving it 3 stars is because the show itself is pretty amazing--fireworks, lasers and water acrobatics. Not very "romantic" though sitting on a huge outdoor deck with hundreds of other people. The food was pretty bad. One thing they do not make clear is that Sun World does two big shows per evening. This is the first. The second also has fireworks but starts later and these tickets were not good for the second show.

Dont book this tour We felt we got a second rate service without going as far as to say it was a scam The company has been terrible to deal with. The show was advertised as romantic dinner with fireworks, symphony of the sea and kiss of the sea show This is Completely misleading. It only includes the Symphony show. I thought i was getting seats to see both shows. It does include the symphony show - but as for the kiss of the sea, you only get to see the fireworks - which you can see anywhere in the area for free. When i questioned this- they told me i didnt read the fine print My problem with that is- why even mention Kiss of the Sea in the advertising to start with. They also told us the restaurant that was advertised was booked out and they could give us a restaurant that had a better view- well that was false!!! The restaurant views for the show are from behind, so most of the laser show and effects were lost in the smoke We thought it looked okay until i went back to sunset town tonight and saw glimpses of the show from the street and realised how much of the show we missed out on seeing. Even obstructed from the buildings, the Front-on view we saw (as how it was supposed to be viewed)- was way more spectacular than our view that we paid top dollar for. You will have a better time finding a nice restaurant of your choice and getting to see the symphony show from there- most places will charge VND 300000 to see the show or VND600000 with a meal Funnily enough- they accidentally sent me the same “restaurant booked out” message a couple of months prior as they got my booking date mixed up with someone else- (i thought nothing of it at the time) As for the food that this company organised- it was a fixed menu and it was TERRIBLE- a chicken salad that was all Lettuce plus a few cherry tomatoes and i think I was lucky to have had 3 tiny pieces of chicken thrown in, The main course was worse- a beef stew that was made up of all the fatty off-cuts You would trim off a steak and was inedible . Luckily it came with bread so we could at least soak up the juices. We also enquired about the pick-up/drop off service. They quoted an extra US$70 for this service, which we decided not to accept and we ended up getting there ourselves- and it only cost US $15 return in a taxi. Honesty do yourself a favour and avoid this company- book with another more trustworthy company or do it yourselves Its easy enough to do.

Over priced. Asked for extra money after the trip was booked. The show was only 20 minutes. Don't booked this tour. If it was not for our driver we would have been completely lost.

We were scammed , the booking ref was not even accepted and our pure joy of experiencing the shows went down the drain for us a family of 4 with an infamy & left us in tears , as the restaurant didn’t accept without the QR code and did not even find our reservation under our name email ID orPhone Number we paid double The price of the actual price too . which was very disappointing, we had this planned for the last day of The trip As a finale .. but left with great sadness.The tour Operator Or Viator didn’t help Us sort the situation right there neither , we tried to contact the helpline etc . None of them worked and we were left stranded to find the show had started and there was nothing that could Be done about it . All I say is if the service provider isn’t capable Of taking up the reservation the window shouldn’t be open for it, please do not scam People I am Yet to receive my refund will trust the process .

Food is okay, it is a huge restaurant that serves hundreds of guests in less than 3 hours, so some food came late and cold, some drinks were sold out early (orange juice and 4 out of 6 beer types(

Never, ever book a tour with this company. Contact the restaurant directly instead. This company is an absolute scam. They charged AU$140 for the tour plus another AU$150 as a so-called NYE surcharge, and delivered nothing in return. I specifically asked them to arrange a romantic dinner for me and my wife during our honeymoon, and these people couldn’t even do the most basic thing — reserve a table. We arrived on time for the Symphony of the Sea, something we paid a huge amount of money for, and our table wasn’t even ready. As a result, we couldn’t properly watch the show while seated, completely defeating the purpose of booking this “experience”. This company is incompetent at best and dishonest at worst. They ruined our NYE honeymoon dinner, and I’m leaving with nothing but regrets and a much lighter wallet — for zero service. Please don’t make the same mistake. Do not book with them.

Show was mesmerising. The travel was not. Very chaotic as it was virtually managed. Please ensure you have transfers and actual guide in person. With kids, finding the right place was difficult. Also th agent charged additional money due to it being on 31st.

The food was delicious, fresh, and naturally sweet. The atmosphere was amazing. I could truly feel the essence of the ocean at night — such a unique experience. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back again.

We booked a private tour with hotel pick up. A romantic dinner for 2. What we received was an appalling evening… cold food and unable to see any water show. I contacted the tour operator within 30 mins of our arrival and was advised to ‘enjoy our evening’. The whole event was a rip off, cafeteria style dinning eith masses of people. Absolutely Sergio evening … I requested a refund and was declined. Miss sold event be careful … you will not get what you pay for

We booked this tour for a special birthday. We booked romantic dinner and private pick up/tour. On arrival at the venue we were told the gastro pub was down some steps and pick up at 9.40 pm the time was 6.30. We had to sort it out ourselves. We were taken to a table in what I can only describe as a cafeteria. Certainly not romantic. We were situated inside and had no view of the water show. The food was either fish or beef cold and awful. I contacted the tour operator who advised we should enjoy our evening !!!! I requested a full refund and was refused via Viator. My advise don’t book with this company it’s miss selling a product that doesn’t exists … find and alternative way to book if you really want to see the show.

We booked a private tour with a ‘romantic dinner’ to then watch the ‘symphony of the sea’. What we got was a cafeteria dinning experience with 100,s of other people on mass tours. We spoke to a manager as advised we thought our booking was out side as advertised with a romantic setting. Very rude person said nope they are fully booked outside so tough really. We were sat inside and had no view of the show We we’re miss sold this I txt the tour operator who said to enjoy the evening and they will speak to the venue later. The good was Sergio and cold didn’t eat anything. Avoid don’t waste your money or maybe book direct and you might get better food and better choice of tables !!

Dinner wasn't romantic, but the food was delicious. The show was amazing to watch, and the entertainment at the restaurant was great. Driver Alice was lovely and spoke good English.

If you are in Phu Quoc Island, this is a must. The team was very helpful, despite last minute changes from us, they accommodated us. Highly recommend this in Sunset Town.

I really enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it. The dinner was well prepared with plenty of choices, and the service was excellent – the staff were attentive and friendly throughout the evening. The performances during the meal were fun and added a nice cultural touch. After dinner, we watched the fireworks and they were absolutely beautiful, especially with the symphony playing live in the background. The Kiss of the Sea Show was the perfect ending – creative, colorful, and truly impressive. Everything was well organized, and it felt like a premium experience from start to finish.

Gosh where do I start? Well I’m still on said “tour” and I’m writing this so that tells you how great of an experience it is. Part 1: I booked the tour on the 13th for the evening of the 15th. 15th morning “tour guide” reaches out to me and I first ask about hotel pickup time and turns out I made a mistake and I’m out of the pickup zone. Cool, I’ll just get a grab (it was cheaper than the price he told me he’d charge if he came to pick me up anyway). He sends me the “meet-up” location and time. He then goes on to confirming food restrictions and all that good stuff and says he’ll have a set menu for me and I pick my food and drink option. I was here on the off season so I’ve been solo for a couple of tours where I’m solo so I ask him if there are others joining. He says yes and asks if I’d like a private table. I say yes, he then tells me how expensive a private table is how how he’ll arrange it for me with no extra fees to “make my night special”. Then I check the booking info and it says private table on the booking so I send him a screenshot of the booking page and told him I don’t mind sharing if it’s such a hassle. Part 2: Now the booking name CLEARLY says, “Fireworks, Symphony and kiss of the sea show”. The itinerary CLEARLY says 18:00-19:00 hotel pickup (okay I don’t qualify) 19:00-19:45 sun bravaria dinner, 19:45-20:15 symphony of the sea and 21:00 kiss of the sea. He messages me and tells me there’s something important that I should note and that there is NO SYMPHONY OF THE SEA show…… even though it’s in the title AND itinerary. So I ask him if the $65 fee is just for dinner and fireworks (you can watch the fireworks for free at literally any place on the hill). So $65 for dinner? He goes on to tell me how it’s not a normal dinner and that bravaria has other shows I can watch. I tell him that’s now what I paid for. He insists it’s not a “normal dinner” and sends me pictures of the show put on by bravaria (still not what I paid for” and then tells me I should have done my research. It’s my last night in Phu Quoc and at this point I’m on Viator, trip advisor, and Airbnb just looking for anything better to spend my last night doing. While doing this he messages me asking if I’m still coming and then unsends the message before I respond. Then he send me the QR code for my reservation to enter the venue since I’m taking a Grab there. Part 3 (the end): my grab ride is about an hour long and I’m running late so I message him telling him I’m ruining about 20 minutes late (because I hate that I’m having him and the others wait for me). I get to the location around 6:15pm and am let in with my QR code and shown to my private table (a non reserved table in the middle of the terrace that I could have just walked in and gotten or made a free online reservation and gotten). They bring me and menu and ask me to order even thought I already gave him my order earlier. By 6:35 the restaurant had brought out the starters, main dish AND desert and sat them all in front of me (almost like they ate trying to get me to eat and rush me out). The tour online is from 6- after the kiss of the sea fireworks show which ends around 9:30). So I’ve been there about 30 minutes at this point and I don’t see a “tour guide” or get any message from him. So I message asking where he is and when he’d be joining the tour which he tells me he is only there for virtual support and I just paid $65 for the most basic plate of chicken and rice I’ve ever had in my life. No hotel pickup, no reserved table with a nice unobstructed view, no actual tour guide, just nothing. I tell him I’ll be leaving a review of my experience and contacting support because the tour is EXTREMELY MISLEADING which he tells me he had other people book for tonight and they are having fun unlike me. Just wow. 0/5 stars.

Dinner with reserved table transfer - Very good organization - WhatsApp contact - Hyundai luxury taxi - little waiting on site to access the restaurant terrace - good dinner, well placed accompanied by a local beer and fabulous show. This is worth its price in VIP, performances and show. Supplement 500Kvnd for 2 people because high season. We had time to walk 1 hour after dinner and show, before the fireworks, exceptional place and contrast.

The good news is: - show 👍 really to see, symphony of the sea - good meal with vegetarian adaptation What's negative: - anything but romantic, the restaurant is a tourist factory. - no visibility on the show kid of the sea. Just the fireworks at the end - beer ordered in addition never served!! And it's a PUB.
