I had a very bad experience in Phu Quoc regarding hospitality and public support. My friend's wife got separated from him near the sea show area. She did not have her phone with her at that time. She asked for help from many locals, cab drivers, and even police officers. Sadly, everyone refused to help her. The cab drivers said they had to prioritize their own guests, and the police officers were not willing to assist a distressed lady. As time passed and it was getting dark, she became very anxious and started crying. After trying for a long time, she finally found an Indian couple who kindly helped her call her husband and waited with her until he arrived. What was even more shocking was that when her husband arrived, a Vietnamese police officer told him in a mocking manner that she was crying. Is this something to make fun of? She was lost, alone without a phone, crying and searching for her husband for a long time, and no one was willing to help. And finally, her distress was mocked. It is truly disheartening. Additionally, the language barrier is a major issue. Even common English words like "salt" are not understood, which makes it very difficult for tourists to manage daily needs. Overall, we found the hospitality and support for tourists in Phu Quoc to be very poor. I would not recommend it.

Beautiful view. Enjoyed the ride very much but the queuing to get on the cable car to go in was chaotic.
Amazing guide and lovely experience. The cable car trip was the best. Van was very clean and tidy. Thanks
Really enjoyed the tour. Our guide & driver were very considerate of our needs & happily adjusted the timetable to suit.
Tour is good organized: private car with a guide. Fast delivery to the planned objects without any queues. We could adjust our tour as we were not interested in aqua park avtivities. We would wish a guide with better English and more wide range of knowledge on social life in Vietnam: salaries, waste recycling options, investment options, etc.
This was a great tour. The guide, Het, great. So much knowledge about his country. The vale car ride was unbelievable. Then off to the water park. What a fun day. So many things to do. Lunch was a buffet with good selection of food. Then back on the cable car and off to the coconut jail. Such an interesting place to hear the history or the Vietnam war. Het took us in a journey with his narrative. Then to the most beautiful Pagoda. A beautiful tranquil place. Again Het explained Buddhism to us with so much feeling. The only place we did t enjoy was the pearl farm. It was interesting to see how the pearls were made. But the sales people were like hawks following us pouncing in us to buy something. This was a little uncomfortable. But overall it was a great day. We could t if asked for a better guide. Would recommend this to anyone.
Roller coaster, all activities are free within the park, lazy river, slides and water tubes. Tour guides was delightful mr Ket
The tour guide spoke great English. He was incredibly knowledgeable in so the areas we were visiting. We didn’t get a chance to do the water park at the end because we didn’t bring bathing suits but it was fun to walk around. The cable car was an incredible experience as well. I would highly recommend and if I return to Phu Quoc, I will be looking up this same tour company.
Our guide Het was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable of Phu Quoc. Tour was nicely paced - never felt rushed or that there was too much time. The pearl farm made for amazing souvenirs. The best was definitely the cable car ride. Spectacular views from the ride.
Enjoyed a great cable car ride from Phu Quoc to Hon Thom Island, the journey took about 20mins and the views from the cable car is spectacular, highly recommended for all who visit Phu Quoc.
This cable car is on top of the sea and has spectacular views of the ocean and all the European development. The cable car takes to Hom Thom island and the water park and ride park is fantastic. Loved the roller coaster ride and all water park rides. Tip to catch the sun Hotel free shuttle to get there and get off at stop closest to the hotel.
The places the tour company took us to were very beautiful and the transportation provided was also very clean and of good standards. But the tour was planned in a manner that one coukdnt sit and soak in the beauty anywhere! The lunch provided was a little disappointing as there was limited quantity and was probably not properly planned. However, the experience on the speed boat and the islands was good. Overall a decent experience but I would say slightly overpriced for the standards provided.
It was very wonderful experience. Tour guide was very good and had a great knowledge to explain us. Tour guide was very flexible to us.
Had an absolutely wonderful time. Our guide was excellent and his knowledge and enthusiasm was exceptional.
I am very afraid of heights but I decided I would do it anyway. The cars are large - they hold 30 people and very stable. I loved it. Not afraid at all and the view was AMAZING. On the island an electric golf type cart takes you to a very nice beach where there are loungers , hammocks, kayaks for free. Also food and beer available on the beach. You will need several hours for this experience.
The island is very scruffy dirty there is garbage everywhere. It is an open construction site and what has been built has nothing to do with the landscape of the island. Two gigantic villages were built to the north and south of the island where the architecture was intentionally aimed at resembling Italy type: the Venice lagoon with bridges, canals where gondolas and gondoliers sail. Others like the Roman forum and other that sincerely could spare it. I wouldn't stay there again and if I had imagined what I found I wouldn't have even gone
Cable car: top, very nice view. You arrive at a landscaped water or amusement park or buffet center. Very nicely laid out with beautiful flowers, but the rest is so terribly touristy. be careful not to get stuck on the island because the cable car does not go back all day. There would also be a nature reserve. There isn't one. We wanted to go back immediately and had to wait 1.5 hours. 🥲
We had the pleasure of experiencing a unique excursion with Yuri as an English-speaking guide. Even though our English is more than poor, she presented the highlights to us in a very vivid and interesting way....we can wholeheartedly recommend Yuri to all guests...you won't regret it for a minute...we certainly won't
We took the trip with the World's Longest Taubane on 7899 meters The trip took 25 minutes..But first on a 3 island trip. Have to go on a boat trip, when we live on an island Phu Qouc
Possible day trip. The cable car is worth the trip and the view, with attraction in itself. On arrival there is an amusement park, also water. Roller coaster and some other attractions. The view from the cable car, nature and fun are worth a visit.
A given excursion even for us with fear of heights. You're probably in a trolley made for 30 people and you have a magical 360 degree view. It takes about 20 minutes to go the 8 km, and in the meantime you look out over all the fishing boats that are in the water. Highly recommended.
Exciting to ride this cable car. It goes very high but it is a great view. Well worth a visit.
