Phu Quoc Airport Transfer

The perfect professionals! Our flight ended up being delayed by over an hour, but they tracked our flight so we didn't need to stress about trying to communicate the delay - Thanh met us at the airport with a big smile on his face, the car was clean and tidy and he helped us in and out with our bags. Will definitely book again :)

Ms Mai was very helpful. She texted me the morning before my arrival just to confirm that the pick up has been arranged and coordinated our travel arrangement. The driver, Mr Nam, was on time and was very helpful with our luggages.

Super easy and quick pick up at Phu Quoc Airport which can be quite chaotic when more than one flight arrives at once. Got to the car and to the hotel in just a few minutes, friendly driver. Good value.

Excellent service. Prompt reply to our booking. Our driver was very punctual and very safe driving too. Car was spotlessly clean and new. We booked them via WhatsApp again on last day from the hotel to airport. The lady greeted us at the airport and told us that our flight may be delayed. Our flight was even late and I didn’t need to notify them (although if you remember to then I recommend that you do notify them, just in case!). They looked it up themselves. Friendly, prompt. I have gotten in touch with Mai months before my travel to Phu Quoc. She was very helpful and lovely in providing information regarding the transfers and even gave me day tours itinerary to consider on my trip to Phu Quoc. In just 2 days, Mai was able to organise a transfer from my hotel to the airport. The cost is cheaper compared to the hotel organised transfer of the taxi outside. On the day of the transfer, Mr Tung was on time and I did not realise was waiting for me at the foyer before the requested time. On the way to the airport, I needed medication and asked Mr Tung if we can go to a pharmacy on the way to the airport. He was kind enough to go to one and go out of his way to look after me.
