Amazing and totally enjoyable. We had our two grandchildren who had never snorkels before and by the end of the first snorkel location they were snorkeling with ease. Out guide was amazing as was the crew. Highly recommended

onbird was a wonderful company to snorkel with. There were some hiccups on their end with boat issues and having to reschedule us, but the bait issues even continued on our trip so that was a little frustrating. Our guide, Kai, was wonderful and very informative about the waters and coral reefs. Equipment was great. The waters were clear. Wish we got some snorkeling stops than just the 2! Would have preferred a 3rd instead of hanging at the island on the final stop

The tour for family is very great. My 4 years old son had a great experience to see the coral and fishes with the help from very friendly instructor. They also offer very educative introduction of creatures in the sea before the snorkeling. The gear they offer for 4 years old kid can fit.

The tour Guide John was excellent. He managed to take care of my two kids and got them and she snuck Ling within five minutes. We all thoroughly enjoyed thank you so much.

We had a great time. It was very informative for the kids and our guide took great time with explaining to them and helping them. He made them feel secure to go down the water and snorkel. They were very happy. Maybe this was the first time we saw so many living corals. We've been snorkeling in other places before but not seen so many living corals. It was very beautiful. We saw a lot of fish. Beautiful islands and water. Overall we enjoyed the trip and the kids learned a lot and were very happy. We as parents also felt safe with going snorkeling with the kids and this was the first time they were confident and happy about being in the water for so long and were able to see the fish and corals. Can highly recommend OnBird!

We had an excellent time snorkeling with our guide Mint today. Special thanks to his patience and enthusiasm in explaining all the safety info and different corals and fishes. We had a blast! Mint brought us to snorkel in the area with a huge variety of corals. The water conditions are perfect, with excellent visibility and calm. We highly recommend any families with young kids for this private trip!

The day was awesome. The guys on the boat were super helpful and very fun, and did a great job. They were very thorough and were great at giving directions and making it a fun day. Would highly recommend going out with them again!!

What a great snorkeling day. I was picked up at my hotel. We went to a small mellow bay and practiced using a snorkel, mask and fins. I have been snorkeling for years but this was the first time that I received instruction. Also the mask/snorkel was much better than the ones I usually use. The actual snorkeling was lovely. Interesting fish and coral. Water is like bath water. John gave my husband and I a fantastic day.

I highly recommend this trip with OnBird. Our snorkeling trip with kids (9 and 10) was amazing. Our guide John was great and we really had a blast. We chose OnBird for their focus on safety and coral protection and they really delivered. The equipment was clean and in great condition, and the kids got masks, fins, and life vests in their sizes, that we got to try and get comfortable with in shallow water first. The guide was swimming with us all the time and made sure that we saw the best corals and fish. Communication before the trip was excellent (mainly through Whatsapp). We had to change the date of our tour on short notice, and OnBird staff kindly warned us beforehand that the visibility wouldn't be as good on the new date we chose. They were really knowledgeable about the conditions and chose the best reef spots for us to see based on weather and other conditions. Despite a bit murkier waters we still got to see amazing underwater life and had a great experience.

We chose On Bird due to their focus on safety, their provision of child-sized equipment, and the fact that they would have a guide in the water with us. All factors exceeded expectations, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Pick-up was prompt, and our guide - John - gave us the rundown on what to expect and all safety guidelines. Our group was 4 adults (2 of which were seniors) and one 8 year old, with only one of us professing to be a strong swimmer (and only one of us had ever snorkeled before). Safety continued to be the number one subject as we headed for the first stop to try on gear and get acclimated. Gear for our daughter was perfectly sized - she was very comfortable with her mask, snorkel, fins, and life jacket. All gear was well maintained and comfortable (they had asked for sizes beforehand, so it was the right size for everyone). John was amazing - friendly and knowledgeable from the start, and very patient with our newbie group. At one point, he was pulling part of our group through the water while they hung onto a buoy. And, he "showed off" and performed some tricks underwater to the delight of our daughter. I have never been snorkeling, so I can't compare the reefs here to other places. I'm sure there are much better examples in the world, but I was absolutely transported. It was beautiful, and amazing, and I definitely will do more based on this experience. I can only hope other tour operators perform on the same level as On Bird!

We had a terrific time today on our snorkeling trip with three generations of my family. Cony and Lee were fantastic with my boys (5 & 8), allowing the adults to enjoy ourselves without worrying about the boys’ safety. Lee towed my 5 year old around the entire time, allowing him to just relax and look around. We really appreciated the fact that they provided educational information about the coral and fish before we got into the water. I also appreciated the first stop at a beach to familiarize everyone with the equipment and make sure we were all able to participate safely. While the reef we visited wasn’t as colorful as it may have been in years past, it was still fun to see all the types of coral and all the colorful fish. Overall, it was a very professional operation that I highly recommend to anyone, especially those with young children.

My family and I had a great time. OnBird's guide(Mintee) is great and my kids loved interacting with him. My kids felt safe in the water though this was their first time doing snorkelling. He really took great care of them throughout the whole tour, checking in on them every now and then to ensure they are okay in the water. Because of his help, my wife and I were able to freely snorkeled around without worrying about our kids. The spots that he brought us have lots of coral reefs and small fish to see. We truly enjoyed the trip! Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. Onbird offers a tailored experience for families and kids. Our guide, Mintee, was very kind, profesional and supportive. The whole team is extremely service and safety minded from the driver to the boat staff. The material supplied is well maintained and very clean (this would include everything from the boat to the diving equipment). The presented diving spots are excellent for Phu quoc and among the best for the gulf of Thailand. Taking all the above into account, definetly one the best outfit operating in south east asia for a fun and personalised family snorkeling trip operating within the highest safety standards. Definitely the best in phu Quoc, by far.

Mintee was an amazing guide. Did this with my 4 and 8 year old daughters who had never snorkeled before. The guides made sure everyone had a wonderful trip and left with a love of snorkeling and appreciation of the ocean. Highly recommend!

I really like the view, and it is very safe and comfortable with the guide, Mr. Mintea, for sometimes the current is kind of big, and the guide would always protect us. The stops come from beginner to advanced too, so we can always get some practice. The first stop is more like a warm up which was so easy that I almost forgot that I was snorkeling in the ocean. The second stop is like a “get ready” , we all wore life jackets even though we all could swim. The third stop was definitely a challenge with fun, bug currants and waves with beautiful and clear underwater world. It is filled with fish, sea urchin and various beautiful creatures and has crystal clear water, with only a tiny bit of plankton and seaweed blocking the sight. Unfortunately the coral is a little bleached, I am sad to say. But mostly, the sight is very beautiful and enjoyable. We got to see beautiful Nemo which were different than we used to see but still very adorable and beautiful. Last stop, we had some rest at the beautiful beach to get some rest and rinse. Looking at the sunset with fresh ice cold beverages, we had one of the most unforgettable experiences of snorkeling with OnBird.

Although visibility was limited, it was a great experience. It was a very special experience for us to see the corals and fish in the water up close. The person who guided me gave very good information, and I was grateful that he stayed with the kids. Next time, I definitely want to visit again especially in March and experience the sea with a good view. I hope to see you again.

Family of 4 (kids 7 & 10) , we took the private kid friendly snorkelling trip. It couldnt have gone better , the locations were great , safe and with lots of coral & fish. The guide was perfect and gave our kids confidence in the water , he looked after us all and was very knowledgeable of the ocean. Pick up and drop off were well arranged and correspondance was all through wattsapp and very easy. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a private kid-friendly snorkel tour with On-Bird. It was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it to others. We are a middle-aged couple with two children (12 and 11) and another 30-something couple without children. It was fun for all of us! Our guide made sure our children were taught the safety aspects of snorkeling, for both people and coral. Once our children became more comfortable, he allowed them to explore further and to dive down to the coral, all while making sure they were safe. I would use On-Bird again and I would definitely recommend this tour to a family with children.

This was our first family snorkeling trip. We went with 11, 8 and 6 years old kids. We choose Onbird because we wanted to avoid big mass tour and Onbird focused on conservation and safety. We were not disappointed and highly recommend Onbird for a professional snorkeling experience. The tour had a total of 6 adults and 3 kids including our family. I liked how Onbird used speed boat for transportation. They took us to a shallow spot first to get everyone used to the equipment. Then we went to two other spots for snorkeling. Onbird studies visibility and takes you to the best spot on that day. The undersea world is so beautiful! There were two guides that went with the group. 1 guide for 4 adults and 1 guide for our family of 5. My 6 years old is not a strong swimmer and the guide helped pulled him away from the coral in shallow areas. It really showed that Onbird cares about the environment and the corals. During the trip, the youngest got tired half way and the guide helped bring him back to the boat so I can continue to snorkel. We choose to have underwater photography and I highly recommend this service so you can remember the snorkeling trip. At the end of the trip, Onbird took us to an island for drinks and fruits. The kids loved playing in the sand. I just wish we can stay in the water forever 😊

Really amazing trip. The guide Sunny is very patient and kind with my 7-year old son. He took care of him and us very well and taught us skills of snorkeling and showed us great locations to see beautiful coral reefs. Its beautiful day, safe trip for my son who is still learning how to swim and we enjoyed a lot.

This tour was the best I have done, anywhere. Very professional from the first contact. Very adaptable for our kids aged 6-9. Sonny- our guide arrived on time and spoke amazing English. He explained the plan, asked if we have any questions, answered all the kids questions. We had a little practice session in shallow water to familiarise ourselves with the equipment but also so Sunny could see our abilities.he was so funny, kind and safety conscious. The snorkeling was fantastic. So many fish, coral looked great. There were no other people or boats. We went to a few different sites then to a beach to have some fresh juice and fruit. It was a top day and the service was better than expected. You won’t regret any part of the trip.

We had such an amazing snorkelling experience with Onbird Phu Quoc. The team is professional and caring. We booked a private tour for 3 adults and 2 children. The whole process was very easy. They were able to fit us in for a last minute tour. Jacky was our guide, and he is very professional, caring quite humorous and takes great pics. My mum is 62 years old and afraid of the open water. This was her first time snorkelling, and our guide, Jacky, made her feel very safe, guiding and assisting her at each snorkel point. I've been snorkelling through a few tour companies in South East Asia, and often, the tour stops at busy tourist spots where it's hard to enjoy the experience. Onbird isn't one of those companies that take you to the busy tourist spots. The whole experience was very enjoyable and the equipment is of a high standard. Highly recommend.

We just had an amazing day on a private family tour with James! He knew everything about the island, the corals, fishes and all the best snorkeling spots for kids! Great communication and booking procedure via whatsapp. Our guide was Andy, he was super. Speed boat to the snorkeling sights was an adventure in itself, highly recommend taking sea sickness tablets. But was super fun and great experience being airbourne! Amount of snorkeling time was perfect for my 7 and 4 year old newbie snorklers. Plenty of coral and fish to see. Because the tour is private you can stay as long or short as you want at each stop. The private island at the last stop is beautiful (but need to wear thongs as my daughters foot was cut stepping on rubbish). The fruit and drinks which are included in the tour are delicious. Showers and bathroom facilities are also included which is great as we saw other tour groups need people to pay to have a shower (only cold water no hot). Great company, highly recommend.

We had a great experience with OnBird Phu Quoc. We were a party of 7 (including a < 9 years old child) inexperienced snorkelers. Apart from being very knowledgeable about the coral reefs, our guides Tuan “Tuna” and Le were thorough, patient, and accommodating. Our guides were very attentive- making sure we don’t fall too behind esp with our young daughter and yet not rushing us. The equipments were high quality and clean. We really enjoyed this experience. We loved the crystal clear waters and the diversity of the coral and the many fish we saw. The snorkel spot wasn’t too touristy and the coral seemed in good condition. Our guide was very friendly, helpful and informative and took time to explain all the different coral we came across. The equipment was clean and in good condition and didn’t leak at all. He gave us a comprehensive brief on how to use the mask, snorkel and fins and how to come off and back o to the boat. The whole experience from enquiring about the trip to the end when they dropped us back was smooth sailing and all our questions were answered quickly and fully. Totally recommend!

Great experience with the super patience and friendly guide Mr Windy. Our private group was 5 people with 3 young kids below 10, the youngest was giving lots of challenges, but the guides was patience enough to encourage and coach him. Had a good experience with the trip even is slighly expensive. Will return for another trip and hope to see more again.

Fantastic experience from start to end: Super friendly and competent guides Windy and Tuna who take safety serious. They always went both in the water with us. Our kids were quickly acquainted with the techniques for good snorkelling. The diving spots were amazing with plenty of fish and healthy reef. The trip was not cheap but we are happy we invested some more money to get this unique experience. We’ll always remember the enthusiasm and open sharing of insights from guide Windy. Also customer support via WhatsApp (Jenny) did a great job in answering all our questions. HIGHLY recommended!

This was our second snorkeling trip with OnBird and we would highly recommend for kids. Our private group was six people with three kids (8, 9 and 12). The team were highly flexible and helpful with our booking and very carefully looked at weather and water conditions to make sure we went to the safest and clearest spot on the day. Their website has lots of tips and information about snorkeling with kids. Our guide Tuna is passionate and knowledgeable about Phu Quoc’s reef. Equipment was high quality, brand new, and in lots of sizes. We first went to a calm beach to test out the equipment and make sure beginners were comfortable with snorkeling. Our two dive spots were quiet and away from big tour boats. Huge variety of coral and friendly, inquisitive fish. Really beautiful spot to relax on beach and watch sun set at end. Absolutely recommend OnBird for kids and beginners!

One of the best memories in Phu Quoc!!! Our little kid 5 years old and other other older kids/teen/adult in the family enjoyed the trip so much. We were a bit worried when the morning came a little cloudy and even rainy but Onbird assured us that their experience and forecast saw that the afternoon weather would improve and indeed too much sun doesnot help watching the coral. And it was beautiful calm and good light to watch the fishes and coral reef. Would highly recommend. Next time we ll go free diving with them. Oh but one point, if u wish to have photos taken, better ask the tour guide. We didnot ask and thus didnt have any photos there.

We had an amazing snorkelling trip with Dak from Onbird in Phu Quoc! He took safety very seriously and made sure our kids were comfortable with the equipment before snorkelling. He gave us a great overview and brought us to beautiful diving spots. After we were done snorkeling and realised our camera hadn’t worked, Dak brought the kids back in again so we could get some underwater pictures! Above and beyond! We took this trip with our two kids, 5 and 8, as a first snorkeling experience for them. Our guide Đak was very concerned about safety and made sure the kids learned the techniques first and set good rules and guidelines. The equipment provided was good, including flotation devices for the kids. We had a great experience! It is also worth mentioning that Onbird customer service is excellent. They worked with me over WhatsApp and were basically available 24/7. They had prompt and detailed answers to all of our questions.
