Thuong was amazing! My husband and I took a private tour with her from our hotel to the cable car to Paradise Island, and then around to the other islands via boat. Everything was very carefully orchestrated and planned out. We were offered many drinks, a feast of lunch and quality service. She was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommended if you want a VIP tour of Paradise Island and the surrounding islands.

I wanted to have an amazing experience for my husband and I so I chose this tour because the itinerary offered was very good. I was not disappointed and I assure you it is worth it. Jackson our tour guide is a local who loves the ocean and snorkelling and knows the beautiful spots to snorkel away from the other tour groups. He happily shared these beautiful snorkelling spots with us and as this was my first time i was in awe of the beauty of the coral, tropical fish and other sea life. We got a lot of relaxed time at each destination to take in the beauty of the under water world which i really appreciated. It was an experience I’ll never forget. I very highly recommend this tour and I would pay to do it again!

Our tour was amazing! The communication and organisation was brilliant from booking until the day of the tour. The views from the cable car are stunning. We visited some islands where we snorkelled and saw lots of fish and coral. Our guide Windy was the best and the rest of the crew were really friendly too and took very good care of us. Lunch was brilliant, really tasty and on an idyllic island with an amazing sandy beach. The private tour is particularly good as the schedule can be flexible without having to wait for other people in your group. It meant we could beat the crowds and do things at our own pace. We have just returned from a holiday in Star in Anglesey and the highlight of our week was the 1 hour trip we took on the Seacoast Safaris to go around Puffin Island. It was clear that everyone on the boat from the aged adult to the young children. had come to see the puffins There was a commentary on the way out and back to the island about the history of the villages that could be seen but the excitement of the journey was when the boat was sailing near the land and then stopped. The boat team obviously knew exactly to stop and we all saw the puffins flying from the land and dropping down into the sea just ai few feet from the boat. I have been on boat trips around most of the around Wales but this was the closest I have ever been to the puffin . If you are visiting Anglesey then I would recommend you take a Seacoast Safaris boat trip to Puffin Island

Wonderful tour with personalized events suited for our family of three (two teenagers). Katie was a fantastic tour guide who clearly explained the schedule of events as well as spent time offering us relevant historical and interesting information about the region. The views from the cable car were fantastic, time at the water park was fun for the kids, and the snorkeling was lovely. Unfortunately, we had to cut our tour short as the choppy waters negatively impacted the kids; but Katie quickly adapted the schedule to accommodate our needs. We were sad to miss out a visit to another beach and to the pearl farm, but know that it would have been fun.

We booked a private tour for the two of us as we wanted the day to ourselves. The agent was very helpful and the communication was smooth throughout. It was a shame we couldn’t take the cable car as it was broken but we still had a great day. Tommy and the rest of the crew were helpful and created a positive experience for us. It was nice that we got to do a bit of fishing and my girlfriend found a new passion as she managed to catch 2 fish! The snorkelling was good but it would have been nice to go to some other deeper spots where I could have dived down further. The sea walking was a great experience and the time we spent on Pearl Island was fantastic and memorable. We had a nice local seafood lunch and got some time to relax before enjoying the ride back. Overall we enjoyed the day and felt happy with the service and would definitely recommend the private tour for anyone that enjoys having the day being focused towards them only without the worry of having other guests around them.

We booked this trip on the last day of our holiday and found it to be a fantastic experience. Our guide picked us from our hotel, and spoke fantastic English (as well as speaking decent Spanish to my partner!). From the hotel, we drove to the south of Phu Quoc and boarded the cable cars for the island. Our guide (Mr T) very kindly minded our belongings while we explored the island, and made us feel like we were able to do whatever we wanted which was very freeing. After the water park, we went to the beach where the guide took us out on a speedboat. Again, we were very much left to decide what we wanted to do, so we did a combination of snorkelling (where our guide took us to some of the best spots, and showed where we'd see the most wildlife in those spots!) and then took us to a more secluded beach afterwards for us to swim further. Overall, this was a great experience. The guide was fantastic and a great combination of letting us decide what to do, while also giving us options and explaining where we were in great detail. I'd definitely book again.

Cable car was impressive. Wonderful views of islands, fishing boats and pearl farms. Snorkelling and coral not as good as expected. Water quality not great and quite rough.

Experience of our guide, had plenty of knowledge. Regards to see distancing. Also the cable carts its history knowledge of the island and kept as well informed the cable car ride was just amazing the first time and we went to see to snorkel. We didn’t even need to get out of the boat the fish we just coming up one of the captains advised they would even eat fish and bread out of your mouth what a lovely day amazing part was walking on the sea bed which are tour operator arranged. My family and I really enjoyed the day.

Very good experience with a lot of snorkelling / family friendly as well as a bit of fishing which was very fun for kids. The trip was all inclusive (lunch, pictures etc) which felt very nice. The guide spoke a good English. Would definitely recommend.

The tour was simply amazing and more than worth the money we put in. The guide was English speaking, well-mannered and very helpful. We started off with the Cable Car ride which was fun for everyone that ended up in the Aqua Park. From there we took the private speed boat ride for a delicious lunch (extra thanks for taking care of our non-seafood eating friends). The snorkelling with the colorful fishes and corals and then finally the beach and fishing with your help made it a wholesome day trip. The gear is good and the staff is very friendly. I'm glad we found you in Phu Quoc and would recommend to anyone visiting.

We are a group of friends who had very improvising decision of booking a tour at 7:30 am to discover some small islands near cable car area. Without any hesitations, Trully travel organized for us a private cano and picked us up at 8:00 !!!!!. Everything was perfect timing and we really enjoyed every single spots they dropped us off. All of places were picturesque and we were amazed by nature beauties a lot, the highlight of the tour was snorkeling part which we could explore the coral range with thoundsands of sealifes under the crystal clear water. We were taken care by a enthusiastic tourguide and a skillful driver, two of them are very knowledgable and patience, have a good sense of photography too. Our squad finally had lunch together at a local restaurant with supper fresh seafoods and awesome dishes. It was amazing experience for us taking carble car to Hon Thom island. The view was amazing, we had spent few hours to use water park.Got the speed boat for snorkeling and back to pier by speed boat to avoid the que for carble car.

Abviously this is the most beautiful hilight in Phu Quoc.We were lucky with the weather when the sea is quite and in good condition for snorkeling & swimming .Everything was organised in professional way and bolth of us had a great time. Highly recommend this company

You start with a majestic, soaring cable car ride from main island to Pineapple Island (tip - you only need to take it one way to gain the experience, and it gives you more options for snorkelling at multiple islands later on). The speedboat ride to the islands is both exhilarating but also gets you to where you want to be...underwater! The coral and marine life is good, not brilliant (lots of colourful fish but no turtles, rays or sharks) but the water is warm, the skies are blue and the overall ambience of the day is fantastic. A languid stop at a larger island for lunch and a siesta is welcome amongst all the other activity. Our guide spoke better English than most people we encountered in Vietnam, but there were still a few 'gotcha' moments that almost tripped us up (like confusion about where to meet after getting off the cable car). But nothing that even remotely spoiled the day. All in all, an absolutely fabulous experience - highly recommended!

A great day out. We were picked up from our hotel on time considering it was a long drive for them to pick us up. We did the cable car first, and wow what a great view. Enjoyed the cable car ride to pineapple island where we had a lovely swim and muck around on the inflatable water slides before boarding our comfortable speed boat. First stop was snorkelling in the clean waters where we were surrounded by beautiful fish and some amazing coral. Second stop was Hon May Rut Ngoai island where we selected fresh seafood which was cooked to perfection for us for lunch. Swam in the beautiful blue waters of the island before we boarded our speed boat for a spot of fishing. Everyone on board caught fish thanks to our guides ( which we released) with the captain showing of his skills as a master fisherman. Our guide spoke excellent English and a great day was had by all. Highly recommend this tour and they are very flexible to your likes.

We have been out with this company for a day tour.Hue is really good guide who would look after you whole time on tour.Teams were also very good at selecting the right snorkeling site based on their experiences. Another good thing is that we got delicious lunch and cold drinks all included. Awesome!

A fantastic day trip on a private boat featuring three different islands, snorkeling and swimming, a delicious lunch, and breathtaking views from the cable car. This is an experience not to be missed , visiting four islands with swimming and snorkelling in between including a stop at a coral reef where exotic fish abounded . The cable car ride is a triumph of modern engineering , opening up access to an almost inaccessible mountainous region and providing awesome views on the long descent , including a stunningly beautiful sunset and a flotilla of boats that resembled a scene out of Game Of Thrones . Terrific trip all round-don't miss this !

What a fun way to see the best of Phu Quoc, the private trip arranged for our small group was one of the highlights of the holiday. We were taken to some amazing spots for snorkelling, not crowded by other boats and tourists. Beaches were clean and the islands were not over crowded. The guide Hue was great fun, very enthusiastic and friendly and was happy to adjust the trip to suit our requirements. I would highly recommend this trip as it also includes the cable car ride where you get to see some truly beautiful sights.

This is the first time we have been in Phu Quoc and this tour was a great way to spend our day. Great views of Phu Quoc. Great views of the islands, sea and the cable car above. the boat was really comfy and our tour guide was so nice! we wish we can stay Phu Quoc longer

The price is cheap, The tour guide is very welcoming and friendly, the trip would not be too fast. We I enjoyed the swim and snorkeling session very much. Fun way to discover the georgous Phu Quoc Islands with the most cheerful team !

The best part was the ride with the cable car. Snorkeling is not worth it. Coral bleaching, few fish and far too many tourists! Organisation and guide were very good!

In the comments and travel description, it sounds like visiting several island paradises. In fact, all the islands were overflowing with tourists and one could not move freely on the island except for the full small beaches. Numerous tourist attractions were offered for a fee, such as drone film, jet ski, loungers, hammocks etc. Even the food was overpriced: 1 million for a hotpot. The snorkeling sites were also visited by numerous boats. Visibility and underwater landscape was moderate. The advantage of the private tour was that we could decide for ourselves how long we stayed where. The guide also made an effort and after our feedback took us for a walk on a native island. Whether this justifies the huge price difference is questionable.

From the time you picked me up at the hotel, I was impressed by the kind and pleasant guide. You can also take a cable car ride that has been built in recent years and enjoy beautiful views of the islands. Once you get out of the cable car, don't go into aquatopia, go to the road on your right. You can take a free bus to the beach. You can choose to swim on the beach or go snorkelling on a boat right away. It's a beautiful, safe sea. We rented a life jacket and enjoyed snorkeling. Wild lunches and fishing are also fun times. They also prepared water for us on the boat, so we can spend the day with peace of mind.

We booked the trip with Feel Phu Quoc who collaborates with Truly. Our guide was Mr Zoom and he was very positive, happy and Service minded. The boat was new and well kept. We are very happy with our day trip and can highly recommend the tour. We saw some nice coral reefs. We traveled with our 5 year old son and he enjoyed and had a great day. We were a total of 7 people on the boat which can accommodate a maximum of 15 people so we had plenty of room. Thank you Mr. Zoom!
