Vinpearl Resort & Spa Phu Quoc

I stayed for two nights at this hotel, which is situated in a quiet tourist area close to the attractions in the north of the island. I had initially planned to spend the first night in a garden-view room and the second in an ocean-view room; however, upon arrival, I requested a garden-view room with an open, unobstructed outlook. The staff member arranged a room with a dual view—overlooking both the garden and the sea—a thoughtful gesture that left a wonderful impression on me. Everything was fantastic, though there were three highlights and one downside. The service and hospitality were exceptional; the staff were smiling, cooperative, and responsive, consistently attentive to guests and frequently checking if any assistance was needed. The hotel's proximity to the beach was another clear advantage, as was the availability of complimentary shuttle services to nearby attractions like Safari, VinWonders, and VinWorld. As for the downside? My vacation came to an end, and I was unable to extend my stay for a third night at Vinpearl. 🫰🏻

Hot water was not working in shower when we have decided to use it, and it had to be fixed till 5am. Remote from TV have stopped to work, we couldn't switch it off to go to sleep. Phone in the room was not working to dial reception and to call for help to fix the issues. Staff at reception didn't understand well what is the issue (English was weak) and we were waiting for more than 30 min at midnight for someone to come, then for 2nd person another 20 min. The rest like amenities, breakfast, view, rest of staff, shuttle service were amazing. Fair price.

What a great stay. The value for money at Vinpearl Resort is incredibly impressive, with high-quality facilities and service throughout. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, while the pool and amenities were excellent and easily accessible, with buggy transport available when needed. The beach and pool areas were beautiful, perfect for relaxing, enjoying a drink, and taking some great holiday photos. The standout, was the buffet dinner. I've never indulged so much in my life! The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, from fresh seafood and BBQ selections to an incredible range of desserts. The value offered was truly impressive, and every meal felt like a highlight of the stay. Overall, a memorable resort experience with fantastic facilities, outstanding dining, and excellent value for money. I would happily return.

Loved our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a pool and sea view.Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a big variety. There is a free bus to Grandworld every 30 minutes. If you just want to relax and go nowhere, this is the perfect place
