We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. During check-in, Mr. Thanh helped us a lot with an issue related to our booking platform. He handled the situation professionally, resolved our concerns, and made us feel comfortable. We truly appreciate his assistance. The food was good, too, with vegetarian options available. We especially liked that the menu offered different dishes every day, so there was variety throughout our stay. The location is excellent, as Grand World is within walking distance. Additionally, the Green Bus service to VinSafari and VinWonders is available right at the hotel’s doorstep, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phu Quoc!

The hotel is good and well maintained. The room services are also quite nice. Only issue is with their breakfast menu. Best part is it's near to grand world. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. We can even use the same for popular sightseeing vinwonder and vinpearl safari. They do not have much for vegetarian as well as Indian food items in their breakfast.
One of the most frustrating hotel experiences I have ever had I genuinely question what Vinpearl Fiesta Phu Quoc considers “hospitality.” Let’s start with a policy I have never encountered at a hotel at this level: guests are apparently not allowed to bring ANY outside food or drinks into the hotel. Not a takeaway meal. Not cooking in the room. Not something that creates a mess. I am talking about a packet of chips, a drink from a supermarket, or a box of instant ramen where you add hot water and wait five minutes. I specifically asked reception whether I could eat instant noodles in my room. The answer was simply NO. Seriously, since when does a hotel decide what a paying guest is allowed to eat inside their own room? If the concern is cooking, smells, or damage to the room, those restrictions are understandable. But banning basic packaged snacks and drinks is an entirely different level of control. This is something potential guests deserve to know before paying for a stay here. And apparently, having a balcony does not mean you are allowed to smoke on your own balcony either. Smoking is prohibited there as well. Again, people should know this BEFORE booking a balcony room. Then came the check-in experience. We arrived late at night after a flight. I completely understand that staffing is limited at night. That was not the problem. The problem was the bellhop's behaviour. I asked him to help with our luggage, and he started laughing in our faces. After travelling late at night, being treated like that by someone whose job is literally guest service was astonishingly unprofessional. What exactly is the point of having a supposedly upscale hotel if basic hospitality and common sense are missing? The strangest part is that these restrictions were not made particularly clear to us before arrival. You discover them only after you've paid, checked in, and started your stay. Future guests: please ask about the food and drink restrictions before booking. If you expect to bring a bottle of water, snacks, instant noodles, or anything from a nearby shop back to your room, do not assume you are allowed to. A hotel room should feel like your space for the duration of your stay. Here, it feels like you are constantly being told what you are and aren't allowed to do. Beautiful property or not, hospitality is about treating guests like guests. My experience at Vinpearl Fiesta Phu Quoc has so far felt like the exact opposite.
This is a wonderful choice of hotel if you are staying in north phu quoc. You get free vinbus tickets to travel from and to airport which can save you atleast 3k inr. The rooms are very good. You either get the pool view rooms or the ones facing the sea/hills. We preferred the partial sea view rooms. The check in time is 3pm which is very late when compared to their check out time of 12pm. This can be improved since you can see a lot of folks waiting for rooms in the lobby starting from 10am. We went out to explore the grand world instead of wasting our time. The breakfast buffet is fantastic but you need to go as early as 6 30 or 7 to avoid rush. The spread is very good and has a little bit of every cuisine. Veg options are also available. Swimming pool is very clean and always has a life gaurd nearby. Overall great stay and would definitely book here if staying in phu quoc again. You can also use the shuttle buses to visit vinwonders and vinsafari from this hotel.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in VinHolidays Fiesta phu quoc Vietnam, and a very special thanks goes to the receptionist “ Ms Mai” who took such incredible care of us throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, she treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth that made us feel truly welcome. What impressed us the most was how she went above and beyond to help us explore the city by even arranging free bus passes for us. Small gestures like this show how much she genuinely cares about guests and their experience. To the hotel owners and management — employees like her are rare and invaluable. She represents your hotel with excellence and deserves recognition, appreciation, and honestly, a promotion for the outstanding hospitality she provides. Because of her exceptional service, I would highly recommend everyone visiting Vietnam to stay at this hotel. Great hotels are remembered because of great people, and she made our trip even more memorable and you might get lucky Thank you once again for such amazing hospitality “ Ms Mai”.
