This hotel is a true gem! 💎 The location is absolutely perfect, and the service was top-notch. I loved the complimentary buggy ride to scenic spots, and the driver even helped capture some amazing photos. 📸 Easily the best hotel in Sunset Town! Highly recommend. ✨😊 Thks Larrisa
We had a wonderful stay at Venice Hotel in Phu Quoc, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ms. Nhi at reception. From the moment we checked in, she made us feel genuinely welcome. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, offering excellent recommendations for dinner, answering all of our questions, and helping us with anything we needed. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm personality made a lasting impression on us. The kitchen staff also deserve recognition. They were some of the friendliest people we met during our five weeks traveling through Vietnam. Every morning they greeted us with smiles, and their genuine hospitality made breakfast something we looked forward to each day. It's the people who make a hotel memorable, and the team at Venice Hotel did exactly that. Thank you, Ms. Nhi and the entire staff, for making our stay in Phu Quoc so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again.
This is last night at phu quoc but getting my leg accidentally hit on the hotel bed frame. Asked receptionist lady fr any cream she say never anything like this happen before and before i can ask further questions she already said she doesnt know. Am sure all hotels have like first aid kit and is very common to have to treat some minor injuries if happened and to ensure guests safety and what a hotel is this that doesn’t even have any first aid kit?! Secondly in middle of night suddenly our body gets bitten by insects and so itchy both me and my son affected kept us wondering on beddings hygiene. We rushed out early morning the next day checked out finally. Only balcony view is amazing for watching fireworks thats all
Venic Hotel Phu Quoc – Beautiful Property with Room for Improvement When I booked Venic Hotel Phu Quoc, I did not expect to be so pleasantly surprised. From the moment we arrived, I was excited by the beautiful property and the room. The decoration is done with great attention to detail, creating a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Honestly, I would happily stay here for a month. The hotel is a great place to relax, and the staff are very good. They genuinely try their best to accommodate guests’ needs, which is truly appreciated. However, one important area that needs improvement is breakfast. There are very limited vegetarian and no Indian breakfast options. I have noticed this not only in this hotel but in many 5-star hotels across Vietnam. Considering the large number of Indian guests, it would be a great improvement to include Indian vegetarian options. From my experience in other countries, when Indian breakfast is offered, guests of all nationalities enjoy it. Also, with the growing trend of vegan and vegetarian travelers, this is something hotels should start adapting to. Another issue is that guests are not informed properly about the availability of hot food at breakfast. Many guests end up eating only what is displayed, such as salad, toast, fruit, and cold items. Some hot food is available, but much of it is not suitable for vegetarians, and this is not clearly communicated. I was also disappointed with the cable car situation. When we booked through Hotels.com, it was advertised that cable car tickets were included with all rooms. This was the main reason I chose this hotel. However, upon arrival, both the hotel and Hotels.com denied this and asked for picture proof, which made me feel like they assumed I was lying. This attitude was very disappointing and took away from an otherwise wonderful stay. Overall, Venic Hotel Phu Quoc is a beautiful place with lovely rooms and caring staff. With improvements in breakfast options, better communication, and clearer booking information, it could be an excellent experience.
