Google Maps / TripAdvisor Review I’ve attended several beautiful and truly memorable events at Tom Hill, and it has become one of my favorite places on Phu Quoc. I regularly join yoga classes on the rooftop, with an amazing panoramic view of the sea, and my friends and I also have meditation sessions there. Yesterday I attended a wonderful floating sound healing session in the infinity pool, lying on floating mattresses while enjoying the music, water, and sunset atmosphere. It was a truly special experience. I really love the atmosphere of Tom Hill. The property is beautiful and well maintained, the infinity pool overlooking the sea is stunning, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the sea views are simply mesmerizing. The location is also very convenient — right in the central part of Phu Quoc, with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and Long Beach all within walking distance. Highly recommended both as a place to stay and as a beautiful space to relax, practice yoga and meditation, and enjoy some unique experiences on the island.

Very disappointing stay. The so-called "hillside view"of our room turned out to be nothing more than a roadside view. It felt like all the rooms with beautiful views were reserved for foreign tourists while Indian guests were given inferior rooms. There were frequent power cuts and no backup generator available. The hotel also charged extra for water bottles that were already placed in the room, which felt unnecessary. Another frustrating aspect was the communication. Throughout our stay, the staff repeatedly claimed that they don't understand basic English whenever we raised concerns or made requests. However, during checkout, when we disputed the extra charges for the water bottles, they were suddenly able to communicate in English. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to Indian tourists.
I stayed at this resort for 4 nights. The room and overall stay were comfortable, but unfortunately my experience with the service was disappointing. The service quality needs considerable improvement. There was a lack of water supply in the washroom at times, which caused inconvenience during the stay. Although the hotel has a backup generator (DG), during power interruptions it was switched on only after around 15 minutes due to manpower delays. The breakfast menu also needs improvement, especially Indian food options, as there are many Indian guests staying at the property. Restaurant hygiene should be given more attention and maintained at a better standard. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the service, facilities, and dining experience for future guests.
Very pathetic behaviour from the night receptionist. We came here at 9 pm because of late flight and we want knife to cut the fruits for my baby we went to the receptionist and asked for knife and she refused to give knife.she told us that nobody is in the restaurant. We stayed here for 4 days but all days same food menu and they even don’t want to change the menu. Outside area of our villa is very dirty.big big lizards roaming freely around the villa and with a4 year baby it’s very difficult to stay here. No intercom no room service.if u r travelling with baby and ur vegetarian plz don’t look for this resort.very very vey disappointing service and very poor service. The staff is not enough for the guests. Whatever you asked for they told u come here and take as we don’t have staff. so never recommend to anyone
The staff's service attitude was extremely poor. We stayed for 5 days, and there was no water for 2 of those days. They kept saying there would be water within half an hour, 2 hours, and 3 hours, but it was all a lie, making us waste our time waiting. We couldn't even shower, brush our teeth, or wash our faces. Later, they promised to refund the 2 days' hotel fee, but when we returned, they said there was only a 15-minute water outage and refused to refund us. What kind of service quality is this? Guests really have to rely on luck to get a refund. Luckily, we got help from an intermediary company and only got a refund of a little over 1000 yuan. Moreover, there were many lizards in the hotel, and there were swarms of ants on the table at breakfast—a whole bunch of ants! Just thinking about it makes me nauseous and itchy. If you don't mind not having water and aren't afraid of insects, you can try your luck
