We were impressed by the hotel's grand entrance and the quick, efficient check-in process. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, while the laundry service was fast and prompt. The large outdoor pool was a highlight, and as the hotel was relatively quiet, we often had the facilities to ourselves. There were also several local restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance, which was convenient. We enjoyed a few drinks at the hotel, although the cocktails were quite expensive by Vietnam standards. While the restaurant was busy at breakfast, it lacked atmosphere during the rest of the day. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the breakfast itself. Despite arriving before 8:00 am, most of the hot food was cold or only room temperature. For a hotel of this standard, this was unacceptable and significantly impacted our overall experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel comfortable and relaxing, but the breakfast quality needs considerable improvement.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Khoa from the Reception Team for the exceptional service and care he provided during my parents’ stay. I reached out with a special request to help organize a birthday surprise for my mother, and Khoa handled everything with genuine kindness, initiative, and attention to detail. From coordinating the flower delivery to preparing a birthday cake in the room, every effort was made to ensure the celebration was meaningful and memorable. What truly stood out was Khoa’s warm and proactive approach. Even small touches—like arranging a birthday card and offering thoughtful suggestions—made a big difference. Despite language limitations, he still found ways to make the moment special, which I deeply appreciate. Thanks to Khoa and the Reception Team, my mother had a wonderful birthday, and our family is incredibly grateful for the care and dedication shown. I highly recommend this hotel, and I especially want to recognize Khoa for going above and beyond to create such a memorable experience.
First and foremost, the staff are outstanding. They are hospitable and highly proficient in English — that alone makes for an exceptionally satisfying stay. They assisted with airport transfers, smartphone charger rentals, late checkout, umbrella rentals, and a wide range of support throughout our trip. Breakfast still has room for improvement compared to international hotel chains, but it is more than satisfying. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The balcony is lit at night, making it enjoyable even after dark, and the space is generous. If anything, the water pressure in the shower is a touch weak. Both a pool and beach are available, with towel rentals and drinks for purchase. The pool is around 50 cm deep, making it safe and fun for young children as well. The ocean is remarkably clear, and the surroundings are perfect for morning and evening strolls. The hotel is conveniently located between the north and south, approximately 15 minutes by car from the airport. We would absolutely love to stay here again.
We stayed at Thien Thanh Resort at the end of our Southeast Asia trip with our family, and it turned out to be a very relaxing place to slow down after months of travel. The resort is very family friendly. There is a kids club, a beautiful pool area and direct access to the beach, which made it easy to spend relaxed days without having to plan much. One thing that immediately stands out is the architecture of the building. The design feels very grand and classical, inspired by European Renaissance and neoclassical styles. When you arrive, you enter through a monumental entrance with large columns and golden decorative elements. Inside, the main lobby is quite impressive. A wide staircase splits into two curved sides and leads up to the upper floor, framed by ornate railings and a huge chandelier above. Behind the staircase there is a large golden relief with horses, which gives the whole space a very dramatic and almost palace like atmosphere. It definitely makes for a memorable first impression when entering the hotel. During our stay we also enjoyed the spa area, with massages, a jacuzzi and sauna. After weeks of traveling this was exactly what we needed. What we appreciated most, though, was the kindness of the staff. Our daughter got sick during our stay, and the team really took care of us. They regularly brought hot tea and fresh fruit, checked on us and made sure we were comfortable. Small gestures like that made a big difference for us as a family. All in all, Thien Thanh Resort was a comfortable and very welcoming place to stay, especially if you travel with kids and want a mix of beach access, relaxation and attentive service.
