I just visited the Sunset Sanato Beach for the sunset. The beach entry fee is about $6 with a cold drink combo. The art installations on the beach make the sunset more picturesque. And if it is your lucky day, a few clouds in the sky can add that magic touch. Worth a visit.
Our extended family booked a 5-bedroom private villa through Booking website for 4 nights in late September. The villa itself was nice and suited our group well.
However, the surrounding complex felt run down, and several neighbouring villas looked either neglected or unfinished, which gave the area a slightly eerie feel. There is real potential here, but during off-peak season the facilities were empty and lacked the atmosphere you'd expect from a property with a beach club.
Our host was responsive and met our requests, but the service never went beyond the basics. The villa had no spare towels or toilet paper, so we had to ask for more, and the host didn't check in with us during our stay.
Overall, 3 stars: a comfortable villa, but the complex and customer service need attention. We hope this feedback helps drive improvements.
It was my daughter's birthday during our stay. The resort is very generous in making birthday decoration and birthday cake for us. It is an unforgettable experience and we would recommend to others without hesitation.
The dwelling unit of 4 br we had was actually pretty good. Nice, clean, and well kept. My complaint is we rented a whole villa but there is a fee of $12 or $14 a day to have the utensils and dinnerware included feel kinda cheated after you spend $$$ to rent a villa. Other facilities like the dinning area, recreation area are not maintained well rusted making you feel to be in a abandoned area instead of a resorts. The staffs are super nice and friendly though.
We lived staying in the resort ! The vilas are amazing and very big, we had our own private pool which the kids loved and didn’t wanted to go out . Tina from the reception team was very helpful with everything we asked , she closed us trips and booked tickets for us and she even helped us with a private request we had . It was worth every penny and I definitely recommend going there !
