When I encountered problems with my reservation, she was patient and waited while I resolved the issue. She also gave a clear, professional overview of all hotel amenities. Her service was warm and efficient. I really appreciate her help and would love to come back again.
We had a great experience in the villa of this property during our stay at Phuc quoc. The resturant manager kahna of work and tok is very warm and was a great host. The buffet spread is really vast and presentation is great. Absolutely loved the stay and hospitality.
We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Phu Quoc. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and has everything you could need for a relaxing vacation. Its location is also excellent, very close to VinWonders, which made our trip even more convenient. During our stay, we experienced an issue, but I would like to give a special thank you to the duty manager Mr Lê Hùng, who handled the situation professionally and resolved it quickly. We truly appreciate his kindness, attention, and the care he showed our family throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire Sheraton Phu Quoc team for making our vacation memorable. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.
We only stayed one night for Vinworld but definitely wished we’d stayed longer! From check-in, Linh was super helpful, and staff at every touchpoint were kind and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great — highly recommend. Staff at the pool and bar were excellent too. The on-site beach is lovely, and there are kid play areas, making it an overall family-friendly spot. They also offer a shuttle service, which is handy for exploring more of the area. Would definitely recommend!
Exceptional Family Stay! Our family of five had an amazing stay in a 2-bedroom villa with a private plunge pool. Check-in was seamless, and the villa was beautifully maintained. We had a minor lizard encounter, but housekeeping resolved it immediately, even at 1:00 AM! Buggy service around the resort was also incredibly fast, always arriving within 5 to 7 minutes. As strict vegetarians, we were thrilled with the Indian vegetarian options and the flawless poolside room service. **A quick tip:** The main restaurant closes at 10:00 PM and room service at 11:00 PM, so be sure to stock up on late-night snacks. The resort’s shuttles to VinWonders, Grand World, and Vinpearl Safari are very convenient, but don't be late—they only wait 5 minutes, and missing it means waiting an hour for the next one. Despite the early dining closures, we have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommended!
