Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort

I booked a Romantic Dinner at Beach House on October 3rd with my boyfriend, and when we arrived, we were truly amazed by how thoughtfully everything had been prepared by the hotel. My boyfriend is Korean and doesn’t speak much English, but the staff were always so warm, patient, and helpful. They made us feel comfortable throughout the evening and went above and beyond to make our experience special. A very special thank you to Ms. Hang and Duy for taking such great care of us and helping make our evening truly unforgettable. ❤️ We had a beautiful and memorable night at Beach House, and we highly recommend the Romantic Dinner experience to couples looking for something special and meaningful. We will definitely cherish this memory for a long time. ❤️

​A Great Southern Phu Quoc Base—with a Few Quirks ​This hotel is a fantastic base for exploring the southern part of Phu Quoc, located just a 25-minute drive from the Night Market, Sao Beach, and Sunset Town. The service is top-notch right from the start—I loved the seated check-in process that saved me from standing in line! The property also boasts a vibrant, lively swimming pool and serves an excellent breakfast. ​The rooms offer gorgeous ocean views, but there are a couple of design choices to keep in mind. First, the balcony has a low partition at the edge part, meaning privacy between rooms is a bit lacking. Second, the room has an open-concept bathroom that looks interesting but with rooms for improvement. The privacy curtain should be opaque and soundproof, and the large gap between the toilet door and the wall needs fixing. If the hotel addresses these privacy issues, it would easily be a perfect stay!

We stayed here as a couple from Europe end of June 2026 after having an amazing stay last year in Lombok at Pullman. The resort is close to the airport and big, meaning there is no noise or similar that can be heard. Reception staff is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile, especially guest relationship manager. We had some issues with our room with the AC and directly got a new room, free coconut and private shuttle upon departure flight. This makes all negativity about a freezing room go away and we could fully enjoy our stay. The pool area is big, clean and peaceful. Gym was amazing and yoga class that was free to attend to as well, thanks to the friendly teacher! Lastly I need to highlight the food. Breakfast selection is huge and changes daily, quality is high and the products really have taste. Also in the evening we had good dishes, I loved the burger. Thanks Pullman, your team is doing a great job.

A big thumbs up to Xuyen from the breakfast area. He was very attentive to all my requests, hardworking, and always proactively asked if there was anything we needed. His hospitality and professionalism were truly outstanding and made our stay even more enjoyable. Pullman Phu Quoc has a great location in the middle of the island, making it convenient to explore both the north side (Vin Group area) and the south side (Sun Group area). The private beach is beautiful, with clear and clean water, perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is also a tour representative, Dino, available at the hotel to assist guests with sightseeing tours and transportation arrangements, which was very helpful. Thank you for such a relaxing and memorable stay. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
