We stayed at the resort 7 nites and really recommend Premier Phu Quoc to families who love to have a high-end yet very local beach holiday. Services are perfect, fast and efficient communication thru the internal App, and helpful staffs who always smile and be there whenever you need anything. Spa is a highlight, and especially the snorkeling right inside the resort is a must, beautiful coral reefs and fishes to see, we do it every day. A bunch of Thanks to the team, especially Koi, Thu, Van at the reception, Applejack at Customer Service, and Xuan at Spa, who mades our family holiday fullest. We will surely be back for a longer stay. Thank you
We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant during our stay at the hotel. The food was delicious and generously served, which made the meal even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Tuan Le, who looked after us from beginning to end. He was incredibly kind, friendly, sociable, and helpful throughout our entire experience. His attention and welcoming attitude really made a difference. He helped us with the meals, showed us what can be done around the hotel, for example the shows with fireworks and even talks with our kids. If you are served by him, you can trust him 100%, he will make your dinner better 😊
We even played a game during dinner, loto, that was really funny and you can even win a price ! This time it was a bottle of wine unfortunately we didn’t win anyways but the experience was still there 😆 we had kids with us and they were really disappointed to lose but Tuan Le offered drinks and ice cream to make them less disappointed, which was really nice.
Thank you to the whole team for a lovely meal and a great experience. We would definitely be happy to come back! 💕

We loved the stay at the premier Village. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Especially the application was useful communicating with the reception and the staff were very polite and willing to help. Hannah at the reception helped our programs and was very nice :) Dang and Vy’s coconut activity was also very special and amazing experience. We loved the natural coconut juice. Thanks for making our vacation so much special. Hope to visit here again.
