This Premiere Residences resort situated in one of the best spots on the island, the Khem beach, it has a private beach sectioned off from other properties in the area. The facility is very clean, the outdoor pools are super nice and clean as well, family friendly designed pools for kids and adults. Lounge chairs and towels are always available. The staff at the beach Duy, Don, and Nhat are super helpful to get us the kayak. We ordered Food and drinks right from the QR code on the beach table! So make sure you have an esim with Internet access on your phone. Reception staff are also very friendly and helpful. Great service, helpful staff, clean facility, delicious food! What else is there to mention. We'll definitely come back for another visit. Strongly recommend to other guests. Added: Ms. Duyen at the front reception was truly exceptional, she assisted us with all the requests that we had during our stay! (We're visiting guests from Canada)
Our vacation was superb, thanks to the hotel and its staff. We booked two rooms with single beds; the staff accommodated all our requests regarding room location and provided excellent rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay. The breakfast area was huge; while the buffet catered primarily to Asian tastes, we—as Europeans—were also able to find plenty of dishes to our liking. The property features eight pools (including two for children with slides, and adult pools with depths of 120 cm, 130 cm, and 170 cm). We stayed from August 1st to 7th, and there were more sun loungers than guests, so there was plenty of space for everyone. Staff at the beachfront effectively restricted access to outsiders, ensuring a private and exclusive atmosphere. I also want to highlight the excellent shuttle bus service to Sunset Town (I’ve attached a photo of the current schedule). The hotel is situated on a secluded site shared with Premier Village and Marriott, ensuring a truly quiet and exclusive stay. The resort includes a game area for both adults and children, where we spent a lot of time playing table tennis, billiards, and foosball. Thank you, Premier Residences Phu Quoc, for an unforgettable vacation! This hotel is the reason we fell in love with Vietnam, and we will definitely be back!
We stayed at Hotel Premier Residency to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and the team turned it into something we'll never forget. When we opened our room, it was beautifully decorated for the occasion — Cake, rose petal etc. It was clear someone had taken real care in setting it up before we even arrived. Throughout the stay, the staff kept checking in with thoughtful little touches. Nothing felt like a generic gesture; it all felt personal. On top of that, the room itself was comfortable, spacious and well-located and breakfast, service and amenity was excellent too. If you're celebrating a special occasion, this is the place to do it.
