New World Phu Quoc was exactly the kind of holiday we were hoping for: unhurried and genuinely relaxing. The resort is spacious and airy, and everything was kept spotlessly clean every single day. Having the beach right on our doorstep was a real treat, the infinity pool was superb, and the sunset views in the evening were simply breathtaking.
A special mention for Kim Chese, who helped us with check-out. Her warmth and care made our final moments at the resort just as pleasant as the rest of the stay, and she left us with a lasting good impression right to the very end. Thank you!

We are at night 4 of 5 at New World. Everything has been absolutely perfect. The rooms are excellent, clean and have everything we need for a luxurious stay.
The buffet breakfast is excellent. We spent about an hour here each morning and we love that there is a kids activity on offer at 8am so we can enjoy a second coffee.
The pool is great - plenty of lounge chairs so you never need to ‘reserve one’. The slides are so much fun for both adults and kids!
The kids club is fantastic :)
My only tiny bit of feedback would be the cost of laundry - I wouldn’t get this done again.
Everything else has been brilliant. Lovely staff, amazing resort.

We had a wonderful stay at New World Phu Quoc Resort! The resort is beautiful, clean, and perfect for families with young children. Our son absolutely loved the Kids Club and the water play area—they kept him entertained every day. The staff were all so warm, friendly, and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel at home. The villa was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and created so many wonderful family memories. We highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling with kids and will definitely be back! ❤️🌴
A wonderful 5-star resort with beautiful surroundings, a peaceful atmosphere, and exceptional service. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the private beach was clean and relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phú Quốc.
