Movenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc

Our stay at Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, we were treated to an exceptional level of hospitality that made our holiday truly unforgettable. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings, fantastic facilities, immaculate grounds and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it feel like a little piece of paradise. However, what truly sets this resort apart from others is undoubtedly the incredible staff. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, valued and genuinely cared for. From the reception team and housekeeping staff to the restaurant and bar teams, everyone displayed an outstanding level of professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail.

The cleaning staff isn't great at there work. Despite complaining they wouldn't do a good job. The hotel overall isn't bad. They have a nice pool. Saturday foam party at the main pool are fun. They only have 3 restaurants, 2 of which serve the same kind of food. Breakfast could be better in terms of verity. Overall I had a comfortable stay. Minus two for cleanliness.

We had a wonderful experience at Islanders Restaurant, thanks to To Nhu. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She made us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was how easy she was to communicate with in English. During our stay, we sometimes found communication a little challenging, so it was such a relief to meet someone who spoke English so well and made everything so easy. To Nhu provided excellent service with a warm smile and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. She is a real asset to Mövenpick Resort. Thank you!

The atmosphere here is superb, and the villa is exceptional. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to all the staff for their thoughtful assistance and genuine hospitality. She is an outstanding team member who consistently delivers a high standard of service. She also took the time to share excellent, well-curated recommendations for the attractions and must-visit spots around Phú Quốc Island. Her insightful advice was truly impressive and added great value to my experience. On the other hand, the buggy service team was truly one of the highlights of our stay. Since we were staying in a villa located a little farther from the main hotel area, their support made a real difference. All requests were handled promptly through clear, efficient communication, and the services were smooth and reliable. The team’s outstanding service delivery was excellent throughout.
