We had a great time at Meliá Phu Quoc. The resort is lovely, but what made our stay truly special was the outstanding hospitality. Exceptional stay – highly recommended! We had an amazing time at this hotel. Our villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The service throughout the resort was outstanding, and we never had to wait long for a buggy, which made getting around so easy.The highlight of our trip was definitely the Cape Nao restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious . We ended up eating there for 4 nights and were never disappointed. Every single staff member was nice, welcoming, and friendly. We want to give a special thanks to the receptionist at Cape Nao, Miss Duy, for providing such excellent and attentive service.We will definitely come back!
Had a stay with them. They were awesome with everything perfect. Specially the girl at reception Candela she was very helpful and cheerful from the very first day since we arrived there. No one else tried helping us because we reached earlier than checkin time but she helped us alot in doing everything earlier. Very helpful. Very cheerful. Very enthusiastic.
