In particular, I would like to highly commend Khang and his team. Throughout my stay, Khang and his team demonstrated outstanding professionalism across all areas, most notably at the beach. Whether it was their welcoming attitude towards beachgoers, their prompt responsiveness to guest requests, or their absolute attentiveness to beach safety, their service was nothing short of exemplary. They perfectly embodied the core values and hospitality spirit of the JW Marriott brand, which made my stay truly memorable and left me with a strong desire to return. This has been a long time coming review of our 3 day stay at JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay this May. The time my wife and I’ve spent there had been one of if not the best we’ve had from any hotels in the world. This place has overshot our impressions & expectations, there are a lot to explore here, highly recommend anyone to at least have 2 days of stay within this establishment. We loved the academy themed aesthetics & use of colors, very pleasant on the eyes and relaxing to stroll around in. The attention to detail in architectures and down to the staff uniforms to spacious well themed room with impressive tall ceiling bathroom. Every aspect of this establishment was particular and intentional. A beautiful and great place especially for couples and families with children. Do be aware of the weather when you come as I arrived during monsoon season but was very lucky to have sunny days. Special thanks & deeply grateful to all the professional, kind & helpful staffs of JW Marriott. Thank you Evelyn for your excellent hospitality, touring us around the facilities, taking good care of my pregnant wife and for the thoughtful gifts you prepared with Ellie! We were really touched! To Ellie, thank you very much for your exceptional services, professionalism and lovely recommendations. Managing our bathtub issues and checking up with us to make sure we are comfortable! To Dane at the concierge, thank you so much for the great food and souvenir recommendations, taking such great care of us to the extend of sending a car to pick us up for a nearby souvenir run on our sudden tight schedule. Giving us many good tips to traveling around Phu Quoc island! To Loki at Red Rum, thank you to the lovely man and his laser sight for finding and saving us from heartache of losing my wedding ring! (Phew, almost ended our trip right there) To KY at Tempus Fugit, Thank you kind sir for taking care of us at dinner and especially my wife after the drink spill. We felt the kindness and warmth of Vietnamese people and are deeply grateful to be treated so well. Thank you to Hien & other unnamed staffs for patiently waiting for us at our room building and driving us around the resort! Thank you also to another kind sir which unfortunately I’ve not gotten his name that took us to the hound statues The phase from the drivers’ “Are you ready?” Gets us excited for adventure every-time! Lastly to the cleaning staff taking such good care of the room, the room always look pristine and tidy twice a day! Bringing coconut juice, fresh fruits and professionally looping our usb cables. This is my honest review of how much we have enjoyed this place, not only the beautiful faculties, private beach and pools but the kind and enthusiastic staff working here that made our experience such an unforgettable one that we would love to revisit! We enjoyed a five-day stay here and the accommodations and services were of five-star quality. The staff were very friendly. The kids' club was excellent at organizing activities for the children and maintained excellent communication with parents. The hotel also had a nurse who could provide great assistance if needed. We really enjoyed the beach activities, the beach was clean, and the staff were also very friendly. Special praise goes to Mr. Phat in the reception who has good at the communication and Mr. Nuy who was nice to present the beach activities. Here we experienced the friendliness of Vietnamese culture.

One of the most beautiful and thoughtful hotel that I have visited up til now. Bill Bensly hasn’t disappointed me so far! Very nice beach and pools. Mostly friendly staff that speaks both Vietnamese and english. The coconut and welcome amenities were a plus for me. If you and your kids love to learn new things, you could stay here all week. It truly lives up to its school theme. Make sure you download their phu quoc app. It is a nice scavenger hunt for the whole family that can turn into real rewards. Very fun for the kids. Things for improvement: Kids club could use more activities. We stayed at Crowne Plaza up north and my young kids loved their kids club. Tons of activities and care taker to watch and play with them all day, they didn’t even wanted to leave. More adults activities like music or small show at night for guests that just stay at the hotel to relax but also wanted to have something fun to do.
